She explained everything from start to finish thoroughly and there was never any doubt we were getting a fair price for our car. Highly recommend giving her a chance to evaluate/purchase your vehicle.

Was a very positive experience from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment, get a quote, and turn in the vehicle. There is no runaround; what they offer is what they pay. Pleasant and professional people to deal with. This was our second time using the service and we would not hesitate to use again.

Good offer, easy to book appointment, in and out in less than one hour with a check.

Shawanda was very helpful, as the scheduled mobile unit ended up being unavailable that day. This was certainly not her fault, as We Buy Any Car cancelled our 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM appointment at 9:53 AM. With that, Shawanda was able to set up an appointment at the Pinebrook office at 12:00 Noon on that same day and assessed our car quickly and efficiently. She was a delight to work with.

Shawanda at Pine Brook location was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very efficient. It was pouring on the day of the sale, and she still managed to get everything inspected in the rain. She was professional, kind, and we highly recommend her. We would definitely work with her again for another sale.
