This company's offer was the lowest in…
This company's offer was the lowest in the market, basically an straight insult to even mention this. They offered $6000 below CarMax, Carvana and a local dealer.
Just wasted an hour of my time for them to take 100 pictures and recordings. I thought this was an ok company but changed my mind and never will go back again. BTW for those local the location is in a old strip mall in Melbourne.

Update 5/26/2026
Hi ArthurV,
Thank you for taking our team's call to discuss your experience. We're sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations on price.
We did check what CarMax had offered, and our final offer was very well positioned by comparison. If the sale to them doesn't work out for any reason, we would be glad to assist.
Our team in Melbourne, FL has earned a 4.9-star rating across 542 verified customer reviews on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/webuyanycarusa.com/location/melbourne-fl). Those reviews reflect the experience we work to deliver at every appointment and we're sorry that our team was unable to provide you with the same legendary customer service experience on this occasion.
If anything remains unresolved, our Customer Experience Team would welcome the chance to hear from you directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Hi ArthurV,
Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com and for taking the time to share your feedback following your visit to our Melbourne, FL location. We're sorry to hear that our offer didn't meet your expectations.
Our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition and history of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. In this case, our appraisal identified two findings that materially impacted resale value:
• Our diagnostic tool detected that the vehicle's trouble codes had been recently cleared prior to your appointment, which raises concerns about underlying issues that may have been masked
• The vehicle's history report showed prior accident damage with diminished value, which carries through to the wholesale and retail market regardless of repair quality
The photographs and documentation taken during your appointment are part of our standard appraisal process. We document every vehicle thoroughly so that our offers are defensible, transparent, and tied to verifiable condition findings rather than guesswork. We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation.
Regarding the offers you received elsewhere — we genuinely cannot speak to how other buyers arrive at their numbers. We have nothing to gain by undervaluing a vehicle. We are a buyer in a competitive market with thousands of branches, and our valuations are guided by national market data, vehicle history, and the in-person inspection. If we cannot make a competitive offer on a given car, that is the right outcome for both sides and we never want a customer to feel pressured to sell.
We're sorry we couldn't reach an agreement on this occasion. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
We'd welcome the opportunity to earn your business in the future. This review has been escalated to our leadership team and our Area Manager will be reaching out to you directly to see how we can address your concerns and restore your trust in We Buy Any Car.
Warmest regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
