Very good experience

Very good experience. Worked with Carter in the Maple Grove, MN office and he was very courteous and accommodating. Very low pressure and worked with me on a decent price. Also helped with ride home.
Would recommend to anyone.

Professional and comfortable

Was professional and comfortable with my husband, our young daughter and I. Left helper reminder of our appointment as well as a faller up experience. Recommend it from his knowledge as well.

No pressure here!

This was an excellent example of how smooth an interaction can be. Matt, our contact and manager, was very cordial and welcoming. Absolutely NO pressure to make the deal. The offer was fair, courteous and an easy transaction. A lot of paperwork, but all to protect the seller (me) and the buyer (WBAC). Excellent and surprising experience.
