Jeffery was really helpful and patient with me and my wife and made us feel like it wasn’t just a business transaction and he talked to us in between the important things and made us feel comfortable

I had a great time customer service was great they worked with us. They were very knowledgeable and curtious of that we can for and they worked with us on what we wanted.

Jeffrey was easy to work with, making the whole experience smooth and seemless. The quote was reasonable and any deductions were explained and understood. The whole process was completed in an hour and a half and I was walking out with a check in hand.

Jeff was great to work with, made the process easy.

Jeff was awesome! Made the whole process easy and painless. Wish I could’ve gotten more for my vehicle, but it was in rough shape so I understand.

Our experience was exceptional. The process was seamless and comfortable. The branch manager was super friendly, and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend selling your car here if you want no hassle or headache. Thanks again we had a great experience.

My experience was great. The manager made selling my car a breeze.

Definitely my experience with WBAC
Was excellent, and the best part they beat all the dealers around including
Carmax.

I got the best fair deal available after doing the inspection same way I would do if buying a car.
Jeff at the Lakeland, FL branch was easy to talk too and chat with like a friend not a salesman.

Went back for a second time because we had such a great experience with our first sell. Can't say enough great things about the ease and convenience of working with the Lakeland location. I will definitely return again.

We weren't sure what we were about to experience. Dominic walked us thru the entire process and were in and out in about a hour like commercial says. Was satisfied with offer and walked out with a check. Thanks Dominic.
