The experience was informative and efficient. The manager; Tom, was courteous, personable and handled the process quickly. I did feel that the "documents fee" was quite high, for a simple sale. Also minor blemishes on the vehicle dropped the offer price pretty substantially. But all in all the process was positive and I would use the company and service again.

The whole process was quick,easy and efficient. Tom explained each step, answered all our questions and was very pleasant to work with. I had researched the trade in value of my vehicle and We Buy Any Cars' offer fell within that range. My vehicle was 15 years old and had no liens. Initial online vehicle valuation was easy to use and accurate. Scheduling was easy. Once at the office, Tom was friendly and professional. A very thorough inspection and test drive was completed. My online evaluation was $2900. I expected to lose some of that due to scratches and minor dents, but I left with $1200. It felt very bait-and-switch. That said, the manager was a great guy and this is no way reflects on him. However, I doubt I’ll use your company again.

It was pretty straightforward. The branch manager was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He was very meticulous in surmising dents and bumps to the vehicle, which I expected. The offer came in slightly lower than I expected but overall a very good experience.
