We Buy Any Car® USA - Allentown, PA Arvostelua

David made the whole experience transparent and worthwhile. He was honest, straightforward and a no BS kind of guy. I thought the price was fair and selling to them meant I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of strangers coming to my home looking for a deal. BZ’s to David

Manager Dave was very professional and honest. After inspection and test drive of my 2015 VW Beetle WBAC offered the same amount the Kelly Blue Book listed. Needless to say I was pleased. The funds were in my bank before I left. Thank you Dave!

Very honest with their evaluation of your car.

I have to admit that I wasn’t too excited about dealing with a place like that. I had a lot of of doubts. My sister told me about it and I was very skeptical but it turns out I wound up dealing with the Hanover Avenue office and the representative was Dave Ramos and I was very impressed with him. He was what I would like to say personified the phrase salt of the earth kind of guy very relatable. Very patient knowledgeable. I just felt extremely confident dealing with him and I hope it gets back to him. I really liked him a lot. I thought he did a very good job for us.To the standard follow up questions would you do it again? Would you deal with us again? Would you tell a friend etc. absolutely ! there’s no reason why I would be afraid to deal with. We buy any car as long as it’s staffed with people like Dave Ramos, he did a great job and you guys at the top or wherever you happen to be in the food chain. Need to know that he’s an asset to your company and if you see him, tell him I said hey!

Dave was extremely gracious and patient with my family. He made every effort to communicate each step of the process. He did is best to give us the best deal possible. He is an asset to the company.

Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Professional experience.

John was great and very easy to work with.

Excellent service. Quick and easy. Fair price. I had the pleasure to work John.

Buena atención

David was very friendly and courteous.. He answered all my questions. I would recommend my friends or anyone who wants to sell their vehicle.

Excellent experience. David is great and was super helpful; professional; and just a really nice guy!

Easy experience, totally painless. Took around 50 mins overall including the paper work. The branch manager was very friendly and made the experience feel very light weight. They offered a better deal than Carvana, plus it was a better local presence. No long drives required.

Nice people, fair price

Everything

I was very impressed with how professional and easy the whole process was. The person I dealt with was very nice and personable. I didn't feel pressure at all to make the sale.

When an offer is made, clear instructions on what will be deducted from your proceeds. For example, I was advised processing paperwork would be $300. It's $399. Also, a diagnostic test was performed on vehicle. I was told the power steering showed an error code. I had to take their word for it.

John who is out of the Allentown, Pa branch was the agent that I worked with. He was kind, courteous and professional. He afforded me the opportunity to ask questions and he answered all of them. Made me feel at ease. Very good communicator. Dave also assisted me. He helped me with downloadingthe Lyft program onto my cellphone. Great team you have here! Kudos

David was great and price was fair. Corporate however, could have been a bit more responsive during the dealing.
