Web design docks were great they understood what I wanted and were very attentive when I had questions. They also answer the phone quickly and are there to help. I am very pleased and would give their service and work a 10/10 highly recommend

Adrian has been responsive and has followed up every time. Much better than the first guys on my case who handed off the work to someone else without warning and whom didn’t follow up accordingly.

The owner of the company, Alan Parker, called me on the phone and he reassured me that he would make my author website a reality. It was only after speaking with Alan that I decided to go forward with the project. Everyone was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to my requests. I was assigned a project manager, Jeremy, and he called me on the phone several times to ensure that the site was everything I wanted it to be. They are recommended!

They are very professional and good customer service. Also their prices for building a website are affordable. They were very helpful and everytime you call them they respond quickly. I am very happy with their service.

Since first contacting webdesigndock.com the whole experience has been so positive and the team made it easy . Bruce Lockwood did exceptional work getting this all together for me in a timely manner. His team did great work as well. Thanks everyone at web design dock for your expertise.

My website designer Ben is absolutely fantastic, early in the process he requested items from me such as my website vision, and content to be placed on the site.
With way to much procrastination on my part, which Ben showed great patients with me on : ) I got him what he requested. Within a day or two Ben sent me several mock website outlining my vision, after choosing the mock site I like Ben and his team went to work.
The site they built for me was way beyond my expectations, to say that I was pleased would be an understatement, I was overwhelmed with delight when I open the site.
Very professional, one of the best layouts I have seen when it comes to to a website, and it represents my company, it's my site WOW!
I am so happy that I chose Web Design Dock to do my site, great job.
To the reader, if you are considering this company to build you a site, provide the items they are requesting and let them do their magic, Ben and his team definitely know their stuff, from a scale of 1 to 10 I 100% give them a 10 : ) : )

They did a great job. They kept me updated through out the process.

The final product was very good! I worked with Arnold and Ben but primarily with Ben the last half of the project. Ben was very courteous and professional and was responsive to my requests.

The project took longer than I liked, but maybe that was me being a little impatient as well. However, we worked together to get my project done.

My site is up and running and looks great! We are just waiting to make sure that the integrated payment system works.

I researched several other web designers, and for the value this was well worth it!

08-17-2023 Update:

Beware of these scammers!

Unbelievable! I'm out $750 and this company refuses to give me a refund because I won't delete my honest review because it's "effecting their business." What they mean is effecting their ability to scam more people. My review and doing the right and ethical thing of giving a customer a refund because you couldn't produce what you said you could are two different things.

When did it become a refund only if you remove your bad review? That is bullying and strong-arming me. I wish they would just do the right thing instead of me having to look into legal matters to get back $750.

08-01-2023 Update:

On 6/28/2033 Web Design Dock agreed to give me a refund and asked me to take down my Trust Pilot Review. I wouldn't take it down until after I received my refund. 3 weeks later....no refund. I contact them and they tell me: "I would like to actually encourage you to contact your bank and dispute the charge, as we are unable to process your refund because our payment merchant is on verification and we are unable to make any sort of transactions."

So after sending me on a wild dispute chase with my bank, they are sneakily trying to get Trust Pilot to have my review removed by requesting information from me they clearly have like my full name and phone number. REALLY! They had no problem emailing me to ask me to remove my review, now they're trying to get Trust Pilot to believe they don't know who I am.

I sent Trust Pilot a copy of the email they sent me, so I'm hoping they don't fall for their lies and remove my review.

I'm sick of these scam artists!

They sell professional web design services that they can't perform. I hired them on 5/10/2023 and I still don't have a nice professionally designed website. The skills of the designers are very amateur and I can't believe what they are passing off to me.

They capitalize on those who don't have the technical knowledge to ask the right questions. They intentionally withheld important information trying to sell me a higher package and then in the middle of it told me I need a dedicated hosting plan in order for my website to perform right. The dedicated hosting plan they sell is an extra $1000 which isn't even worth the website they build.

They told me they are professionals and don't use Elementor or a drag-and-drop website builder...well Elementor or drag-and-drop would have actually given me a much better looking site for a lot less money.

Please don't give these guys your money. You would be better off going to Fiverr.

They do not listen. I've put in writing what I wanted and all the corrections I needed and they still haven't been able to implement them. I feel ignored and trapped. Their website said they would issue refunds, but they don't.

They are doing what most scammers and frauds are doing these days, which is posting pictures of other people's work and passing it off as their own to get a sale and then provide you with a terrible outcome and experience. It has been a nightmare working with them and I am extremely unhappy.

One of their workers called to go over the specifics of what I wanted and I couldn't stay on the phone with him. He was extremely rude and rushed. I felt disrespected and disregarded.

One look at the website they designed for me and I knew they were frauds because there are certain things a professional designer would never pass off as a good design.

Stay far away from them and don't fall for the fake reviews saying their work is great.

All I want is my money back because they know they aren't able to perform at the level they are selling. It's literally been over 6 weeks of going through this nightmare and it is exhausting.

They answered all questions asked made all changes request and final product was great. Will be using them again for other websites

Made a beautiful website for my company, the gentleman Ben that was assigned to me ,was very knowledgeable he answered all my questions, very responsive throughout the process

What a great company they took the time step by step to make sure what I want and didn't want on my site an if I had any questions ben was right there to answer them the site looks great

Web Design Dock staff are responsive and helpful. I've been working with their staff, Arnold, who has been cooperative. My website is in the final phase, and I can't wait to get it completed ASAP and make it finally useable. So far, I'm satisfied and still waiting to complete the final phase of work. I would like to re-write again my final review once everything is completed as expected.
