We walked them through our entire current system with 37k contacts and detailed exactly what we needed. Promised that it was "no problem" and they would have everything up and running in a few weeks, and we would start seeing sales soar. All a scam. After weeks had gone by, they decided to tell us it's a DIY system and they don't set it up anymore (even after taking a $2500 setup fee). Then proceeded to bill us and waste our time and resources for five months before telling us they couldn't deliver as promised. Then, to add insult to injury, they only reluctantly offer a refund of $600 out of the $3700 they took out of our bank account. Zero apologies, zero remorse. Forget what they tell you, they just use the fine print of their contract to make zero promises when they fail to deliver. Far better options are available for your business.

I wanted to use a VSL to call strategy and heard great things about conversional. Justin and Zach were awesome from beginning to end. they go above and beyond for their clients and truly care. I loved my PM and felt the entire process was fairly smooth and very supportive. I loved the appt setter program. I didn't have the best experience with my ad buyer as communication and follow through were not there. I felt I had to constantly follow up and micromanage and still things get done or got done wrong. He also didn't follow my implicit requests for not using certain language that I know turns off my audience and I grew increasingly frustrated with the marketing team. Eventually I had to pause the project but I would've requested to move to another ads buyer. Everything else was great and I would recommend them to any of my colleagues.

Zach is absolutely a genius, endless wealth of information in all things Meta Ads Manager, offer creation, and overall marketing strategy & execution. Poor Experience — Misleading Promises and Low-Quality Service

Our experience with this company was very disappointing. A significant portion of their service was intended to involve creating a comprehensive sales funnel, but the results fell far short of expectations. They promised to provide a video script, which was never delivered, and the overall quality of their work was extremely poor.

Support was minimal, and when we raised our concerns with the assigned manager, no meaningful action was taken. In reality, most of the work still had to be done by our own team, making it clear that we would have been better off working with a company that focuses on educating internal teams rather than claiming to provide full-service solutions.

To make matters worse, after investing significant time and effort, we discovered that our leads were being contacted by multiple other companies immediately after submitting their information through our ads. This strongly suggests that our lead data was being shared or sold.

Overall, I would strongly advise against working with this company.

Before working with conversionly, I was trying to figure out how to scale my offer through Meta Ads on my own. I had an idea of what I was trying to do but really no structure or guidance. I really had no confidence that I could scale my ads. The first thing that helped was the lead to close course, which is the best training I’ve ever taken and beyond just teaching me how to create a scalable offer and then scale the offer through cold paid traffic, it also modeled what an effective course actually looks like. After that, the one on one attention I received from Justin was really remarkable. I actually regret not engaging with conversionly earlier. I’ve now been averaging five new sign ups for my offer per week, with average LTV of around $20k (it’s a new continuity offer so that number could go up.)
