All around fantastic product
My wife was hesitant to try these bras. She's always had difficulty finding bras that both fit and were comfortable. I decided to roll the dice on Pepper and she absolutely loved the fit and feel of the bra. So we ordered quite a few more, until here entire stock of bras was replaced by Pepper bras. Is it worth the price? Yes, my wife's confidence has increased significantly since wearing their product.

Pepper is a great company that sells a wonderful product. I’m so happy with the service and the product! There was definitely a need for small bras. They continue to grow and add more to their product line. I especially love the natural fiber fabrics that they use for some of the bras. I also really like that they reach out for consumer input for their products.

I ordered 2 bras
I ordered 2 bras - didn't fit right so I returned them and ordered 2 more of a different style. They also don't fit me right (I'm old with saggy boobs - they would have fit me just fine 40 years ago). When I went to return these I found that the QR code for Happy Returns shows that they were returned already because when I exchanged them, Pepper made the order number the same as the previously returned ones. Now I can't get ahold of them to fix it.

Great lingerie!
I've gotten a few different styles with pepper! My favorite is their push up bra though, never before was I able to find a push up with padded cups that fit my boobs and I love it! Their bras are so comfy:)

Wildly inconsistent sizes
I used to love Pepper. I've had the same size for years and kept ordering with no issue. The last year or so the sizes are wildly inaccurate between styles. Not reliable anymore and I'm so disappointed b/c I thought I found my go to for my abnormal size. Defeats the purpose of their brand and what they claim to offer.

Finally found bras that fit
I just recently bought a strapless and it fit great so then I turned around and bought 2 more with straps. I’m over the moon I’m so happy with my new bras. I have never in 48 years been able to find one that fits. I hope the negative reviews don’t run them out. It’s literally a godsend to me and I wanted to leave this post so maybe folks will know that there are in fact people who thoroughly enjoy their products.

Great fit but some room for improvement
I ordered 3 bras from Pepper 8 months ago and love the way they fit. My only issue is the metal sliders on the straps have rusted and turned parts of my straps green. Overall great fit but for the price there is some room for improvement.
UPDATE: I received a new bra this spring/summer and have had no issues with it! Absolutely no complaints!

I give pepper a 0. I placed an order in December 2024 and never recieved the products even though I was charged for the items. I have attempted multiple times to reach out, but there has been no response. Essentially I have been robbed by the company and there's a complete disinterest in remedying it. Don't buy, you will be out money with nothing to show for it.

I have one of these bras and it fits me really well and I love it so much I wear it everyday. I ordered another one and it never came. I have realized it was a fraudulent website which is very frustrating and disappointing.

These are not very well made bras
These are not very well made bras, the fabric is soft, unfortunately have no support in front and continually rise up, there is no way to properly adjust front they just continue to stretch, not flattering not fitting, very disappointed, returning both styles.

Can't seem to write a review on their website regarding their product so I'll leave it here. I got my order rather quickly which was great. The color of the bra and the material seem really nice. However, when I try it on, it looks awful. One person on this site said that the cups were too large but for me, it was slightly too small. I got the t shirt bra. It covered only half my breast and then squeezed my axillary area so I can see the extra little fat piece under my armpit sticking out more. It looks gross. I'll go back to my old bras. Im a thicker kind of female who weighs 175lbs and 5'6 who has a little bit of a bigger midsection and smaller size 36b breasts. Their underwear was nice though. Thank you anyway, Pepper.

I made a rather large order on their…
I made a rather large order on their website. The order confirmation email they sent me included links to view my order or go to their website. When I click on both links they do not work. I cannot find my order on their website to cancel it, the emails they sent me are invalid, I have never received any products almost a month later but yet they have charged my credit card. I have emailed the company multiple times and nobody has responded. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Do not waste your money !!!
I was very excited about this brand as I am a true B cupper.
These bras cost a lot of money and so I expected the quality and the fit to be reflected in the high price that I paid. Honestly, these bras are really not as advertised and very overpriced for what they are. The cup is enormous for a B with heavy padding and completely flattens my boobs, while covering an enormous area to achieve the ‘push up’
Altogether, a very cheap and unflattering look.
Adding insult to injury, these items are not returnable
I wish I read these reviews before making the mistake of purchasing.
Do not waste your money !!!

I received the bras and they didn’t fit. When I emailed support, I was told they didn’t accept returns for hygiene reasons. I’ve returns bras before, so I’m very upset. I will never buy again.
