In this instance, during the initial demo we clearly explained that our system is designed specifically for home and domiciliary care, and that your use case would be off-label. You decided to proceed anyway, and we provided a discount in recognition of the circumstances.
When you encountered difficulties using the platform, our team responded to all of your queries in a timely manner. Your dedicated support manager even shared his personal mobile number to ensure you had direct access to help.
You later informed us of your intent to cancel, and due to a human error on our side, the cancellation was not actioned in the system. This resulted in the annual renewal being drawn from your account on 28 March. The full amount was refunded the very same day once the oversight was identified. Our Director also reached out the same day on WhatsApp to personally apologise, to which you did not respond.
