Extremely concerning experience.

I would urge caution before trusting this company with sensitive systems, customer information, or important business infrastructure.

There appear to be ongoing disputes connected to the handling of equipment, operational control, and data associated with a previous business operating from the same premises. Based on my experience, professionalism and transparency were seriously lacking.

I would not use this company again.

Laptop Repair

Laptop Repair
I rang them with a problem on my laptop and they were able to look at it to establish the parts it needed. I had a phone call to say that the parts had arrived and they repaired it quickly for me. Very good to deal with.

Excellent service from RCS IT systems

Excellent service from RCS IT systems. The battery on my laptop was replaced and the cavity cleaned in record time. It's so great to have a reliable and professional IT repair service near where I live. Patryk was also very polite and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable leaving my laptop with him.
