It’s a scam… changed shipping charges from cheapest to most expensive and wouldn’t return calls or emails … Talked to them multiple times saying they would get back & never did!!! Go elsewhere…. RUN!!!

SCAM...They take your money and that's it...no email confirmation nothing stay away people another company ran by scum.

Personally I wouldn't order direct from the website as there totally hopeless took payment and didn't confirm my order had to email them to get them to actually varify if my order had been made eventually got a reply from them saying they were shipping it out I paid 15!! For express next day shipping not only has it not come and it's been a week the royal mail service they used isn't even tracked so they lie about using the next day shipping as there would be tracking if they had even used 48 hour

Ordered via Amazon, order was lost in transit. Got in touch with the company and they turned it around, delivered the next next. 2nd order came straight away, the grape ape and is a lovely taste given first attempt I am impressed. 50/50 worked well, 80/20 worked really well.
After 3 weeks the original order arrived and they generously gifted the bottle for free

I didn't receive any confirmation email for the order. Then I tried to write them an email, but nobody answered. After 3 business days, the order is still on hold? I really don't know if they are going to ship.

Absolute stand up bloke great customer service mild issue with a piece of hard ware couldn’t have went out of his way to put the customer firs. I use the products both the liquidisers and vaping hardware regurlarly and for a small inconvenience the man more than made up for it recommend the atom. D9 vapes for anyone getting started

Stay away at all costs it's a scam they will send an email saying it has shipped but won't send any tracking then nothing will arrive the number they provide just rings and rings and they don't answer emails I have just had to do a chargeback through my bank otherwise I would have lost out on £100

Ordered some liquidzer and terps on a special offer, liquid is better than the last brand I used and the terps taste good. Also got an atom d9 vape pen on this order which unfortunately arrived damaged but I contacted them and they were very apologetic and received a replacement 2 days later. The original delivery was also quick, especially taking into account the Christmas post. Great service all round, will definitely use this shop again.

Was scared after ordering due to the reviews, ordered an autofiller and it has come fast especially considering the season and is the legitimate product unlike some other websites that sell Chinese fakes, ignore the bad reviews this company will deliver

Na heel wat verschillende "liquidizers" geprobeerd te hebben werkt "Wax liquidizer" voor mij het beste. Fijne 100ml fles ook.
Na het plaatsen van mijn bestelling vanuit Nederland heb ik ook nog contact gehad met de klantenservice omdat ik zeker wilde weten of mijn bestelling goed was aangekomen, ik werd zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan.
De bestelling werd ook snel verzonden en in goede orde ontvangen

De slechte reviews snap ik niet want de kwaliteit van de liquidizer is hetzelfde als de flesjes die ik voorheen op andere plekken kocht

I placed an order that has never been delivered.

I used the email link on their website to notify them of the non-delivery - I’ve had no reply after a week even though the website says they respond within 24 hours.

I have tried multiple times to contact via the phone number on their website and there’s no answer, not even a voicemail to allow you to leave a message - the phone number on their website is a mobile number which I should’ve questioned before ordering.

Please do not buy from this site, it seems like I’ve been scammed, the only positive I can say is that I’m relieved that I didn’t get conned out of too much money.
