I used sell.app (also known as AppSell), and my funds have been completely withheld. There is absolutely no real customer support.

• Emails are ignored
• Telegram blocks users after sending a message
• Live chat is always offline or fake
• No legitimate way to contact support

They take users’ money, and when issues arise, they claim it is “not their responsibility.”

This platform is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others not to use this service to avoid losing money.

If you have experienced the same issue, please leave a review and report this platform to prevent others from falling into the same trap.

I have already reported this issue to Stripe and Cloudflare, as these services are being used by sell.app:

Unintuitive interface, not easy to use as customer.

Kupiłem program na stronie lewsoft.sell.app jestem bardzo zadowolony wszystko działa bez problemu sprzedawca bardzo pomocny jestem godny podziwu jaki poziom obsługi z strony sprzedawcy miałem problem pomgół od razu. Czasem są problemy z płatnościami nie przechodzą ale pieniądze wracają więc nie mogę powiedzieć , że jakieś oszustwo legit check leci :) !. Przeczytałem kilka opinii tutaj przed jakimkolwiek zakupem dużo negatywnych ale z tego co widzę to są opinie negatywne od innych sprzedawców. Zaryzykowałem kupiłem niczego nie żałuję będę wracał po kolejne programy

The moment I reached out to their so called 'support' on Telegram, they blocked me instead of helping. That alone shows how unprofessional and unreliable this platform is.

Yes, the design looks okay and the fees seem reasonable, but don’t let that fool you the platform is full of bugs, glitches, and issues that make it unusable. It feels like a rushed side project from one person or an inexperienced, tiny team with no clue how to properly run a service.

For now, this is nothing but a waste of time. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away. Hopefully one day they’ll fix their mess, but until then, do yourself a favor and use literally any other platform

I bought with PayPal on website, very easy. No problem, fast receive key. Menu (Atlas Enhanced) is good and not crash. Recommend 100%.

I joined Sell.app hoping to build a legit digital product business. You know, something professional automated sales, clean design, peace of mind. But what I got instead was a crash course in how not to run a platform.

Everything was going fine… until poof! my entire store disappeared. No warning. No email. Not even a polite “hey, just so you know.” They didn’t suspend it. They erased it like it never existed. Like I’d committed some kind of digital felony. 😂

So I did what any sane person would do I asked on their Discord, nicely and directly.
And guess what? BAM. Instant ban.
No reply, no explanation. Just vanished.
They run their support like it’s a private Minecraft server for moody teenagers. If you ask a question, you’re out. 🛑

Their “support” team acts like customer questions are a threat to national security. Instead of replying, they drop generic legal threats: "You are indefinitely banned. Don’t try to come back or we’ll take legal action."
Like bro, relax, I was just selling digital goods not hacking satellites.

They clearly have zero understanding of how serious digital businesses operate. No warnings, no context, no chance to resolve just straight to delete + block. If you like surprises and mystery bans, this is the platform for you.

🧠 Pro tip: Use Gumroad, LemonSqueezy, Ko-fi, or even build your own site.
Any of those will give you more peace of mind than this sandbox of chaos.

Final verdict:
❌ 0/10. Unprofessional, unreliable, and run like a teenage hobby project.
Perfect if you’re selling memes. A disaster if you’re running a real business.

Got scammed, i dont even want refund but my review is removed and the scammer keeps selling. Pathetic service, do not use under any circumstances.

I don't understand how I can access the site and search for digital products to buy.

Download the app, so excited because I’ve heard amazing things and did my research. However when I see they charged me right away for my free trial I was beyond annoyed. So I thought, I’ll just make the best of it. Wrong. This app is so buggy. Doesn’t open my app for the listing correctly. Doesn’t adjust the size so it totally defeats the purpose of listing there when I have to leave the app to correct it in drafts. It’s takes me twice as long. Is this suppose to save me time? After a $59 charge, right at the beginning of a free trial to just find out this is such a waste of time is infuriating. I even cancelled as soon as I signed up so I wouldn’t forget just in case it didn’t like the app. And I didn’t even get that opportunity. Don’t download this unless you want to take more time to list your stuff.

I fell victim to a scam while trying to purchase an account on this website. When I made the payment, I received a message (where the product details should have been) to contact the seller on a different platform. The seller claimed that sell.app took the payment funds and didn't give him anything. Said they'll refund me the money back and then just blocked me. The site is 100% very one-sided, as you have to completely trust that the seller will actually provide you with the product you paid for. The staff takes no responsibility for the scammer's actions. They will not get you your money back! The most they will do is take down a store that the seller controls, but that's about it. What's to stop the seller from creating another store under a different name to use the same method? There are no refunds or any holds to confirm the product actually exists. This site only serves the seller, so do not be fooled if anyone tells you otherwise. Initially when I contacted the so called "support" team, they stated that they "cannot help with purchase related queries". Told me that I have to contact the seller that scammed me... Cause that is definitely going to get me somewhere. I honestly had high hopes for this site as everything looked to be legit, had solid UI, and Trustpilot reviews seemed okay. But, I was heavily disappointed with the way the site is run. When your site only benefits one party, that must be either purposely done or ignorantly neglected.

Unlike other platforms this one has been the best so far. It works great and although they charge fees, the platform works good and gets the job done. I have never seen any downtimes or issues with the website and have done a few sales without problems.

The entire experience was great.
From the payment through to the delivery.
You might have to wait a couple of hours until your payment cleared like I did.

No buyer protection- Scammers roam free on this app.

Scamming website without any support once you paid. No way to leave a review for the sellers either. Stay away!

I got scammed on their platform and reported it to them, they couldn't refund me but banned the seller's shop a few days later.

They deleted my store without any warning or reason to it. I noticed it when I entered my domain, and while going to dashboard, it asked me to make a new store. I had premium on there, had 400+ reviews on my store, all which are now gone. Have paid my monthly bills to Sell.App, yet they fu#k you. Been over 15 days since I reached out to them, and still no response.

Edit: They say I broke their rules but I haven't even told them which store or account it's about. I've been using their services for months, and I've asked them questions about products in the past, and they used to be pretty happy to help. But now, they won't even respond to a single chat message. They just up and removed my store without explaining why in an email, and then they claim I violated their policies without even knowing any background or what store it is. It's a pretty weak attempt to defend yourself as a company.
