Wavertree Car Centre Ltd Arvostelua

What a wonderful find. A car sales business that genuinely doesn’t feel like car sales. A lovely family vibe. Tea offered in a real cup! Andy has a lovely way that is customer centric and feels sincere.

We bought a car ( a very shiny X5) and feel confident that should we need help post sale Andy will be on hand! We’ve not always felt that buying a car. You can see why the reviews are as good as they are! Highly recommend.

The staff at Wavertree Car Sales were helpful from the first phone call right through to the sale.
Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they were honest and open about the car we bought allowing us lots of time to inspect and test drive it.
Would recommend to anyone considering using them.

First time buying a car from Wavertree car centre. Have bought many cars in the past and this has been by far the best experience! I couldn’t have got a better deal on my part exchange, Chris went above and beyond to make the experience stress free and even sorted my personalised plates & tax. I will definitely be back when it comes to my next car!

Never bought online before, so was a bit unsure. However, Andy put my mind at rest. He gave me a good deal on the car, which was fully checked over, serviced, full years MOT and valeted. He also arranged the transfer of ownership with DVLA and had the car delivered to me in Glasgow.

It took about ten days days from my initial call to the car's arrival but Andy phoned every few days to let me know how things were progressing, which was very reasuring.

When my car arrived, (thanks Aidan) I was delighted with my high-spec BMW. Again, many thanks to Andy and Aidan for making the experience so easy.

Really happy with Steve (salesman)told me exactly what I needed to know very helpful .gave me choice of cars and deals.very impressed 5 stars

Purchased a car last week and delighted with it.
Dave .

It was a smooth transition from enquiry to driving my car away

I recently bought a car from here. The service I received from Andy was excellent. Really nice guy and amazing customer service.

Our 2nd focus car bought from here, and will definitely use again in the future.
Customer service great , no pressure sales , , would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Polite and professional staff, went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and the Whole process only took a week, amazing team would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Bought a second car from Wavertree Car Centre and the service was excellent. Popped by once the car went live on Autotrader and was met by John who made me an appointment to view the car and put me in touch with Andy. From start to finish, Andy has been amazing and professional. Had a problem with one of the key fobs but Andy is straight on the case and sent out a locksmith. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a used car. After sales service is also exceptional.

This is my second car I've had from these guys they're really easy to work with would highly recommend getting your used car from this place.

I recently purchased a car from Wavertree Car Centre Ltd., and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Tony and his team were exceptionally welcoming, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the process. Their dedication to ensuring that we were well taken care of was evident, and I truly appreciate the time and attention they devoted to making the experience positive

Found a great car at a fair price, Steve really helpful

Excellent service Josh and Andy were so helpful
Car I originally wanted had been sold but Andy went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me

Love, love my new car. Best experience with a car dealer in 40+ years. Massive thanks to Gary for his help and patience. I chose my car, took a test drive and he delt with my requests so I was quickly on the road, he even took the time to go over the cars systems and linked up my phone, bless him. I would highly recommend Wavertree car centre

A perfect experience from start to finish, all the staff are friendly and helpful but special thanks to Tony who ensured everything was taken care off. I absolutely love my new car and it was well worth the 160 mile round trip

I was very happy with the ease of the transaction and the trust the salesman (Josh) gave to me by allowing me to take the car home to show my wife, that meant a lot to me.
All the items I asked to be done were done such as a new tyre, full 12 month MOT even though it still had 6 months left, damage to the seat was repaired professionally.
The only thing I would have liked more was for the car to be valeted inside, although it was cleaned externally otherwise I would have given the 5 stars.

I drove all the way from Preston to view a car I had seen online. I encountered what I would describe as a snake oil salesman who was an expert at telling me what I wanted to hear and an expert at objection handling and untruths. I did not trust a word he said.

Excellent customer service and very easy transaction
