Waterfords Estate Agents Arvostelua

Harry has been amazing and professional helping me with the purchase of my house in Yateley. We had some challenging times but was made so much easier with Harry's intervention at critical moments and always being available to answer any questions and follow up with the vendor. We collected our keys to our new family home yesterday and all is perfect. Thank you again Harry.

Ollie from Waterfords in fleet has been such a star. It’s was so nice to have such a great experience with an estate agent after such a bad one. Ollie always went above and beyond and was always available when I needed anything. I was updated weekly by Ollie and he was there every step of the way which is exactly what we needed on buying our first home. Ollie is an asset to the team!

I was able to view two properties in the same day and Alexsey showed us both of these. Had all relevant information and any he didn’t have was found out and emailed to us. He got the ball rolling with our processing as soon as we expressed interest. Definitely made the whole process easier than I expected it to be.

Alex
Did 100% of what i would expect from an estate Agent
- Easy to arrange viewings
-Knowledgeable about the property
-Gave me space to view at my pace
-Followed up subsequent questions in a timely way

Great experience
Great service, thanks to Matt

I was very impressed by Henry’s professionalism when I viewed a property last week. He was super efficient and extremely well informed about the property and local area. No ‘hard sell’ at all and listened, with refreshingly calm and helpful insight.

Harry was very helpful when booking us in for a house viewing, he was quick and efficient and was happy to answer any questions we had, James, who showed us around the property was also very helpful and had good knowledge on the property we were viewing.

Super efficient from start to finish, making the purchase of our first family home a success! Darren alleviated any stresses professionally and kept the process on track whilst keeping us calm along the way. Tom seamlessly stepped in when needed and they will be our first call for any future transactions. Thanks Guys!

The Waterfords team in Fleet have been exceptional from start to finish in helping me purchase my first property. Henry especially has been instrumental in the purchase, always there to support and move things along when needed. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

My recent dealings with Josh has been ok.

I just met josh recently and his professional approach has been top notch.

Just purchased my first property through waterfords in camberley and has been a blessed experience overall. Very prompt, helpful selling team members (especially Sandra and Cameron); always ready to help and efficient. Thank you so much waterfords.

We have just bought our first property with Waterfords Camberley and we are delighted with their service. In particular, we are ever so grateful to Cameron Smith for his excellent service and true care and support throughout the whole process. His professionalism has been astounding and we feel truly blessed that we had the chance to buy our house with his help. A true asset for the estate agency! The rest of the team has also been very helpful and supportive. We had to deal with a lot of estate agencies beforehand and we could easily identify that this agency made such a difference. Honestly, we couldn't recommend them highly enough! Absolutely superb!

Alexsey Singadia| showed us a beautiful house in Fleet. We were very impressed with his professionalism and felt that he did Waterfords proud.

Had Sandra take myself and my boyfriend around to three houses and being the unorganised person I am, managed to double book with other viewings and I also went to the wrong address too! Me thinking I've messed up the rest of her day, got stressed. She was able to put my mind at ease that everything was ok. She was smiling the entire time and was always polite, she gave a lot of detail about each house and was able to answer any question we had. She also never rushed through the viewings (never hinted we were late, or reminding us that there were other people she had to see that day)
I can tell she's very experienced, knows the right thing to say no matter the situation and was very easy to talk to, even if she has back to back appointments!

I have just sold my late parents property through Waterfords of Fleet and I have been extremely happy with the service I received. Henry and Ben have been informative, professional and open, through let's be honest a difficult time in the housing market . I would be happy to recommend them to anyone , well done lads ,

just completed buying my 1st property in UK. It was very hard journey in this turbulant period. But I had fantastic service from Waterford from begining to an end. An special thank goes to Oliver and Sandra for great help. I worked with few Estate agents through this process, but I must say the professionalism friendliness showed by them far better than the others. I would recommend the team for anyone who is looking for property market around Camberley.

Henry Evans showed us a beautiful house in Fleet but sadly it did not tick all our boxes. We were very impressed with his professionalism and felt that he did Waterfords proud.

Rob Hawkins was great as we navigated the world of leasing our property. He gave great clarity, answered all our questions, and was always super responsive. Thank you!

I have had great service from the Waterford’s team in Camberley, who have been dealing with the sale of my flat. I must give special mention to Sandra though who has been my most regular contact keeping me well informed throughout. There have been various delays with solicitors acting and she has been vigorous in chasing them. She has really pushed especially in the last few weeks to finally get the sale over the line ( contracts exchanged at least anyway ) and for that Sandra deserves my heartfelt thanks . Very happy to recommend Waterford’s based on my experience.
