Couldn’t recommend Carol enough! She took over the sale of my flat following another established agency failing to sell it. Sheridan has extensive knowledge of the property market and estate agency business. He is without a shadow of doubt an extremely hard working professional and has been great at communicating with me throughout the time we worked together. He bucks the trend of some of the major corporate estate agents, he won't list your property and wait months for a sale. He will proactively work towards getting you a sale in good time. His ex-military ethos compliments his working ethic - something I can associate well with. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.

Contacted via Rightmove and no response, contacted direct and asked for Fri / Sat viewing as that is when we are in the area (c. 3 hours away), they offered Wed or Thu and said they are off Fri / Sat so no, could do the following week though.
Its like they don't want to sell properties.

Tried 3 times to view a property twice via email which I’ve had no response then my partner phoned up was told it would be passed to the relevant person and we would get a call back this was over 24hours ago still waiting absolutely disgusting

Mark Quinn was absolutely superb through out the whole process, incredibly professional and proactive and went above and beyond to ensure a very difficult chain was able to complete. Mark sold the house within days and then helped deal with a very tight time table to exchange and completion. He recommended the solicitor we used who was also excellent and very proactive. He was available outside normal core hours and would always keep us incredibly well informed. If you are looking for an agent who really understands clients needs then in my opinion you should look no further.

We done two viewings on one property with Tom and had an offer accepted by the vendors.

During the viewings Tom was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Tom represents the vendors of the properties being sold however Tom struck up a rapport with us as buyers and made us feel comfortable during the viewing and offer process. Not all estate agents do that, relying on the buyers simply liking the property and they just act as a middle man.
