I have given a 4-star because of how…
I have given a 4-star because of how new this platform is. I doubt it is close to being perfect and i cant say i know how quick they update their signals bias, news, and more. I simply dont understand how things work in the background for me to fully trust what is going on and how accurate the data is. However besides my doubts and questions i trust that this platform will grow into something powerful some day.

Thank you for this, and for saying plainly what was holding you back rather than just marking it down.
You should not have to take the numbers on trust, and you do not have to. Every weight in the composite score is published, and you can open any score and see the components behind it, what each one contributed and which way it pushed. On the calendar, every release carries its last twenty-five prints charted against consensus, so you can judge the track record yourself instead of believing a claim about it. Bank calls sit beside the report they were pulled from.
On speed, scores rebuild when a release actually prints rather than on a timer, and the wire updates in real time.
If there is a specific number you cannot get behind, reply here or submit a ticket and I will walk you through exactly how it was built. Questions like that are how this gets better.

Great Terminal for research
Great Terminal for research, tracking daily news and monitoring geopolitical situation. Before even looking at charts I log into terminal to check daily report and today's brief and look trough trade ideas generated by the Terminal.
Once the week is over we do our research using institutional grade reports from Bank Inbox and chat with other traders on Sqawk.
Looking forward to future updates to the terminal.

It’s great to hear that WatchTower has become part of your daily research process, especially the Daily Report, Today’s Brief, Bank Inbox and Squawk. That is exactly what I built the Terminal for: giving traders one place to understand what is happening in the markets before even opening a chart.

Great software
Great software overall, it helps a lot in the process of fundamentals which is how i predominantly trade. The owner is very attentive in the chat which is always good and partly a big reason why i chose the Watchtower instead of other softwares that are on the market and are equally as competitive.
Ton of great features as well imbedded in the software which i feel is a game changer. From custom widgets that have tons of solid features. Bank reports and analysis are really great, and am looking forward to more add ons for that. Its a mix of free and also paid reports (i know some are free because im also subscribed to them). The usual banks i see are ING, MUFG, CACIB, SEB and can say about 1/4- 1/3 are free so would love to see even more proprietary reports that are harder to get. Would love to see more constant reports from the some of the bigger names like GS, JPM and Duetsche. I know from some of my connections they usually provide reports daily or weekly on Bloomberg Terminal, so boss James if you can find a way for that, would be amazing. If possible.
Also maybe more statistical capabilities add ons would be good in the research process. Would be nice to have more exporting capabilities, there are already a few there, but would be a nice to maybe have export data per pair for scores etc.
Also a history of the scores and how the charts have moved with the trade idea scores, would be nice, and seeing the statistics for those.
If there's only one thing i could say that is critical would be the trade ideas tab, i think it could be more robust in the scoring. Having AI is useful, but i believe sometimes the scoring can bring some mixed signals.
I find myself using the divergence heatmap abit more.
But other than that, i will 100% in full confidence recommend this software to anyone actually interested in taking trading seriously.

Historical score data is already available through the WT Advanced Chart, where you can plot previous WatchTower scores against actual market prices. That said, I agree there is room to make this data more visible and easier to analyse. We are currently working on expanding the platform’s statistical capabilities, including better performance analysis and additional exporting options for pair-specific scores and data.
Regarding bank research, obtaining consistent reports from institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank is challenging. Many top-tier banks have significantly tightened how their research is distributed, meaning much of it is restricted to institutional clients and is rarely made available to the wider retail market. However, expanding the depth, exclusivity and consistency of our bank coverage remains a major priority, and we will continue exploring every legitimate source available to us.
On the Trade Ideas scoring, I would be very interested to understand the mixed signals you have noticed. Please feel free to submit a support ticket with a few specific examples so we can investigate them properly and determine whether the scoring or its presentation can be improved.
The current model evaluates several separate inputs, including:
* COT net positioning and weekly changes
* Retail positioning
* Central bank policy stance
* Institutional bank research and consensus
* Fundamental economic data
* Thirty-day seasonal forecasts
Each category is dynamically weighted rather than treated equally. For example, the system can account for unusually crowded positioning, the relative importance of specific economic releases, and whether current data supports or conflicts with the prevailing central-bank narrative. This is designed to provide a contextual scoring model rather than a rigid linear calculation, although we are always looking for ways to improve its accuracy and clarity.
