Once I made my purchase they sent me an email immediately advising they will need to reach out to their supplier for my watch which would delay the shipment for a week and they gave me the option to wait or cancel my order. I waited and I got the watch I wanted a Citizen Series 8 890. Multiple emails came to give me updates on my watch.

Faultless service all the way through. Brilliant tracking i knew where watch was from the moment it left watch exclusive to my door and only 4 days from Slovakia to uk. All that and are cheaper than anyone i found. 5 stars well deserved and i love my mudmaster.
