The service surprised me a little as…

The service surprised me a little as I've never used the services of WathExclusive before.
Whilst delivery took longer than I would expect, it was relatively smooth without issues and provided good communication and updates.

Hidden Customs Fees Made the Watch More Expensive

I recently purchased a watch from this store, and while the initial price seemed good, I had to pay an additional 40 euros in customs fees when the watch arrived. This extra cost was not mentioned at the time of purchase, and it made the watch more expensive than I had initially expected.

It feels like the watch is priced lower just to attract customers, but the hidden customs fees make it less of a deal in the end. I would have appreciated more transparency regarding additional costs.

Rewelacyjna obsługa klienta!!!!!! Nigdy w życiu nikt tak mnie nie obsłużył jak sklep WatchExclusive. Bardzo szybka odpowiedź na e-maila i rozwianie wszelkich wątpliwości związanych z zakupem, a dostawa to mistrzostwo świata. Zegarek zamówiony w środę o 16.00, a dostawa w piątek o godz. 9.00. 😁 Dodam tylko że zegarek dostarczony z Bratysławy (Słowacja) do Polski (K-Koźle). Serdecznie polecam ten sklep i jego obsługę. Brawo Wy!!!!!!!! 👍☺️❤️

Super sklep. Bardzo dobry kontakt e-mail. Natychmiastowa odpowiedź na wysłaną przez mnie wiadomość. Dla niezdecydowanych i mających jakieś obawy. Informuję o pozytywnym zakupie zegarka G-SHOCK model: GPR-H1000RY-1A9ER. Kupiłem zegarek za niecałe 2 000 zł. Natomiast w Polsce ten sam zegarek jest w cenie 2 800 zł. Pozdrawiam ludzi ze sklepu WatchExclusive.
