I have just bought 2006 ladies JLC…

I have just bought 2006 ladies JLC Reverso Duetto watch at the Watch center and had 0% finance arranged on the website, which went very smoothly and only took 5 min. The Watch Center owner was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgible about high end watches. I picked up the watch yesterday from the shop and it is in perfect condition. Compared to other online watch platforms which do not carry stock and hence takes forever to respond Watch Center has been a very pleasant experience all around.

We could not read the last review you have posted, you have updated it very quickly.

As we did not have any transaction done between us, we do not appreciate the bad review.

We have discussed and come to an agreement that you were going to buy a watch from us, we were waiting for your call but a client came in and purchased the exact same watch you wanted. We did not want to loose a sale.

We do apologise but we do offer great customer service throughout and we did not deserve this review.

We bought my wife's watch here just…

We bought my wife's watch here just under a year ago, service then was absolutely fine. Recently, the watch had a minor issue - phoned them and arranged to drop it in for a 'look'.

Three days later, watch issue sorted. Was unable to get there soon to pick it up, they couriered it without charge - it arrived the next day.

Such service is rare and worthy of due praise.

Lovely location and some really lovely…

Lovely location and some really lovely watches , made to feel really welcome and nice relaxed office to look at watches . Purchased a Rolex DateJust and am so happy with it 😃 . Looking forward to purchasing my next watch . Thanks guys 👍🏻

Excellent customer service throughout…

Excellent customer service throughout the whole course of selling process. Very attentive and responsive to my queries and questions, which made my buying decision more efficient. It's a good buying experience indeed.

Great Service

I bought a great condition (box & papers) Rose Gold JLC Reverso from Watch Center. Great experience, from the initial email response, to my visit to their show room in Belgravia. Rafael was very helpful. No pressure and willing to do a win / wn deal. I would definitely go back. Thanks, Oliver
