Wasabi Knives Arvostelua

Wasabi is one of the best in customer service.
My first order with Wasabi arrived damaged in shipment. I followed their protocol for returns and experienced with great satisfaction their excellent communications.
The replacement order just arrived and there is no damage. With confidence and pleasure I will be doing more business with Wasabi.

Great knife and excellent new knife sharpening kit to bring all my tools back on edge.

Highly recommended it

Well I just received my knives
You delivered them in a timely manner to Australia
I had to go to New Zealand for work for a couple of weeks and my partner had the pleasure of using them before I got my hands on them
She doesn’t really like cooking and I usually cook because I enjoy cooking but now I am back home I can’t keep her out the kitchen with her (my) new knives
So I am going to sit back down on the couch and wait for my home cooked dinner
Thank you

Easy to use
Simple instructions
Great sharp knives!

Fairly swift delivery. Sharpens knives well and seems a robust device. Not 100% convinced the stones that accompanied the sharpener will last well so have invested in a set of diamong stones which are still comming.

My father was a professional chef. I was trained by him from my early teens to always keep the knives sharp. The Wasabi kit allows me the ability to keep my knives razor sharp. Easy setup and quick sharpening. After having a question as to how to set the angle, the response was quick and additional info was provided to answer the question in more detail.

I love the sharpener. It has transformed my knives into surgical tools when carving dinner.

Purchase was easy, order was easy to follow, ws delivered quickly.

Fast, responsive service that was polite and friendly

Once again they made it easy to find what I was looking for and deliver an excellent product.

Delivery took a long time, and instructions were a bit confusing with the written instructions telling you to do one thing, and the emailed video instructions being quite different. I was still able to get the knives quite sharp and I'm still happy with the purchase.

Awesome tool to use. Very easy to assemble, even without instructional video.
After years of old school knife sharpening on an oil stone! I was pleased with the ease of this tool.

Excellent and friendly after sales support. One of the stones ordered was broken during transit. I photographed it and sent it through to support. They answerer really quickly and had a new set in the mail really quickly. Great service

The item performs as advertised, your subsequently sent instruction video was extremely helpful and should really be sent in conjunction

Gret price. Prompt delivery and so easy to use. My knives are sharper than when they were new.

My son bought me a 3 knife set and inlove them so much, I bought him the same 3 knife set for his birthday. These are knives that will last a lifetime.

Product arrived as promised. Great packaging job. Well protected. Was missing the smaller interior bag which is shown on some of the marketing. First time around knives turned out real fine. As with anything requiring a keen eye and feel, practice will bring perfection.
Well made, went together well. There are several videos out there showing different techniques. I went with the technique shown on the video they provide after purchase. Using a full stroke from tip to tail of blade.

Great experience. Was a tad hesitant at first, ordered it using a link to them via facebook, used paypal to better secure the transaction. Product did arrive in time frame stated and as described. Have used it once and restored a dull chipped otherwise useless knife back to a crisp clean sharp usable one. Highly recommend the product. They should mention the use of a digital protractor is needed when setting up the tool, so that you gwt the desired angle of knife edge for the type/style knife it is used on. Only after getting the kit and starting did this come to light
