Warmer Home Grant Arvostelua 

If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been left in the cold by this company who we made enquiries about with over a month ago.
We have submitted lots of evidence and were told that we were eligible for a boiler under the gove ECO4 scheme and after lots of back and fourth we were finally booked in for an install.
At 6pm the night before scheduled install we received a text message cancelling and saying that they would need to rebook. We chased daily for a week only to be told that we were no longer eligible for the ECO4 scheme due to an “update” with no further information.
Now I’m thinking this is a company which has copies of all of my personal documents!?

This job was well carried out and checked over properly. Slight leak on bathroom radiator but finally have a warm home!

Boiler was fitted perfectly and thermostat. Only issue is little leak on celling. I have spoken to Muz who will get this sorted.

Really happy with the new boiler and service I received. The workers didn't stop all day, they worked really hard and cleared all there mess up at the end of day. Would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish i had a 5* service, the people that called me was so polite and kept me informed via calls and emails, and the work men were fantastic, got everything done and were so clean.

We are so grateful and thankful to the Warmer Home Grant team. The experience of finding a new heating system for my 100 year old mother was made easy and efficiently by the office team and the work was completed within a fortnight of the old boiler breaking down. We can’t praise enough the Engineers that came on the day (one of the coldest days for years) , they were pleasant, efficient, tidy and very competent. Thank you so much to Dean and his super team of engineers from GRF gas services , I can’t recommend them highly enough. My mother is home now and is managing to work the wireless thermostat quite easily as it’s straight forward and her house has never been so warm , she is so happy. Thank you to everyone involved , wonderful job.

Absolutely super service from a friendly and business like trio of guys. Can't fault the process from start to finish. Now have a modern and drastically more economical means of heating and hot water. Brilliant.
