So happy with the service the installers were brilliant lads got the job done well and fast

Office staff efficient and did all the paperwork quickly. Boiler fitted in 1 day. Not keen on the pipes put on the outside of the house. I did ask if they could be covered but didn't hear anything.
No problems so far.

Very professional company. I never thought I would make it for free boiler but eventually on my health basis I got my 40 years old boiler replaced. From assessment to Installation they kept me updated. Installers were really professional and did a tidy job. Highly recommend.

Kabir is an extremely professional gas engineer ,lot of work just to remove old boiler which had been there since 1980. New one fitted plus thermostatic valves on radiators and new timer switch all done in 2 days. All round good team of workers. Very satisfactory job done. Many thanks to Anees and Anis for all the work in making all the arrangements involved.

From start to finish they was excellent kept in contact and let me know exactly step by step what was going on. The boiler was fitted in one day the lads worked really hard and didn’t stop until everything was complete, they then showed me how to use it all and cleaned up after themselves brilliant service highly recommend

Efficient, prompt and work was done professionally

I would not even give them a 1. Awful company. Nice, friendly, good communication to begin with. Work was poorly completed including radiator valves falling off, not fitted correctly, boiler deemed unsafe at one point and plume not secured properly to the wall, plus much more!!! My house was left in a mess. I raised a complaint via email with photo evidence and never heard back from them until 4 months later!! Rude complaints person did not listen to me. By the time they bothered to call me back I was fed up waiting and already paid to get the work corrected costing a lot of money!!! They have ignored my correspondence requesting to receive the money back for the corrected work. The company also do not supply you with a contract either. Beware and avoid this company. The stress this has caused me has been awful and significantly out of pocket.

Boiler works fine, but no one knew what they were doing and I constantly had to chase, but they did do good in the end.

Work has been OK but piping needs to be fitted properly and need tranking.apart from that everything's are OK.

Everything is great there's the radiator in the kitchen that doesn't work but Everything else works fine
