Ma commande chez Linyob a été passée le 16 novembre et confiée à WanbExpress le 17 novembre. Depuis mon colis est toujours au début du transit. J'ai commandé un sac qui devait être livré par wanb express , j'ai reçu un mail me disant qu'ils ont essayé de me livré, pourtant ma compagne était chez moi toute la journée et personne n'est venu !

Pourtant sur le site où j'ai commandé en plus de mon adresse, il y avait numéro de téléphone et personne ne m'a appelé !
Dans le mail il me disent de contacter le transporteur et il me fournissent un numéro de téléphone, mais le numéro de téléphone a 12 chiffres avec un trait au milieu ???
C'est une blague ou quoi ? En France les numéro ont 10 chiffres à ce qu'il me semble ! J'ai quand même essayé d'appeler, mais évidemment numéro inconnu. Le soit disant téléphone du transporteur : 0755-28918827 ???
Comment dois-je faire maintenant ?

Horrible to deal with
I ordered a product Oct 18th, and received an email on the 23rd to say it shipped. A tracking number was provided, but when you click on it, it brings up an error page. Because of this, November 12th I emailed them to ask what is happening, and I still haven't heard back from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM in my opinion.
When I track by going direct to wanb tracking, it says the carrier has been contacted and will pick up the parcel soon....this was Oct 23rd.
