Absolut nicht zu empfehlen in einem Betrieb, der durchgehend geöffnet hat auch zum angeblichenZzustellungsversuchzeitpunkt. Offenbar wurde gesagt, nicht Zustellbar auch kein Hinweis, über welchen Paketdienst es läuft und wo man das Paket abholen kann. Suche bei Amazon überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Man endet in einer Schleife kann nicht empfehlen dort etwas zu bestellen.

Worst delivery service ever
My order was shipped on Nov. 4, my package was in Greensboro NC on Nov.13( Greensboro NC is 2 hours from my house). Delivery date was moved to the 19th and today’s the 19th and it still hasn’t showed up and the tracking is not up-to-date. They suck as a delivery service. Where is the management or the CEO or somebody? I hope Walmart stops using this service.

Scam company
This shipping company is a complete scam. I had ordered 6 different items from Amazon, from different sellers, and every one of them was supposedly shipped with Wanbang Express. The orders stay stuck on "Out for Delivery" for 3 days, then it goes to "Held at carrier location", then the next day it supposedly gets delivered. Absolutely nothing that you order, and is shipped through Wanbang Express actually arrives.

I don't think this company delivers anything
I have ordered three different items on Amazon in the past month and they all shipped through Wanbang. None of them showed up. They always say out for delivery or delivered but they by no means ever actually arrive. This shipping company is terrible and if you ever buy something and it says it's going to be shipped through Wanbang, just know you are already F**ked

Update am 12.11.2025:
nach langer Recherche habe ich bei DHL angerufen und konnte mein Paket finden und abholen. Somit habe ich meine Lieferung letztendlich doch noch erhalten. Trotzdem würde ich nicht wieder hier bestellen. Das ist der Aufwand nicht wert.
Ursprüngliche Bewertung: Also mir geht es wie anderen auch.. mein Paket was ewig unterwegs war sei jetzt laut Tracking in einer Filiale. Ich habe aber keinerlei Infos wo genau. Also kann ich es auch nicht abholen. Vermutlich wird es dann irgendwann zurück an den Absender nach China geschickt. Wer weiß das schon so genau. Vielleicht antwortet der Support noch auf meine E-Mail. Ich hoffe, ich sehe wenigstens das Geld irgendwann wieder.
