WNBAA0440224082YQ said it will be here on the 7th. Stayed in all day so i wouldnt miss it. Now its saying it will be late. When i check the status..its not even left the sorting station yet and slow updatss that are nor accurate. Avoid this company the best you can. Its a scam. Or theres people there that just take packages for themselves. Hope and pray you never get this company..if you do. You may aswell cancel and walk for it..it would be faster.

So wonderful to see I'm not alone. Ordered an item from Walmart. When I finally received tracking information it was from this Wanbexpress. Item was supposed to arrive in two weeks. That should have been yesterday and all the tracking said it was out for delivery. However the times were all off. Showing that it went out for delivery an hour after the actual time here. Kept showing the same thing. Then this morning, oops it's delayed. Still showing yesterday as the delivery date and that it's out for delivery. If there really is an issue and not a scam, just be honest and accurate with the information.

AT Austria: WO ist das Paket bitte? Genauer Abgabeort?
AT Austria: WO ist das Paket bitte? Letzter Tracking-Eintrag "Lieferbereit, In Paketshop/Paketfach abgegeben" "Placed in Parcelshop/Parcel locker". Es wurde KEIN Ort/Geschäft oder Sonstiges angegeben. KEINE Papierverständigung am Briefkasten.
Bestellung erfolgte über Amazon. Erst durch ausprobieren mehrerer, bekannter Lieferdienste und Auffinden einer zweiten Trackingnummer fand ich den richtigen Paketdienst und Abgabeort. KEIN gutes Service. Ich werde es auch Amazon und Verkäufer weitermelden.

Paket nach angeblichem Zustellversuch unauffindbar
Sehr langsame Lieferung, aber das Hauptproblem ist die völlige Intransparenz. Es wurde angeblich ein Zustellversuch gemacht (ich war den ganzen Tag zuhause und da war niemand), danach lag das Paket in einer Abholstation, jedoch ohne jegliche Angabe welcher. Auf der firmeneigenen Trackingseite findet man auch keine Infos.
Meine E-Mail-Anfrage vor 5 Tagen wurde ignoriert. Erst über aftership.com /de /track habe ich eine zweite Sendungsnummer gefunden, die zu einem GLS-Paketshop führte, allerdings konnte ich noch nicht hinfahren um zu überprüfen ob das Paket tatsächlich dort ist oder nicht. So etwas sollte der Kunde nicht selbst recherchieren müssen. Extrem schlechter Service.

Paket verschwunden
Über Amazon bestellt, Verkäufer hat mit Wanbang verschickt. Lieferdatum wurde lange überschritten. Bei Recherche steht jetzt da, das Paket sei abholbereit - ich habe nur leider keinerlei Info, wo ich es abholen soll, geschweige denn eine Nachricht bekommen. Mit der Tracking-Nummer WNBAA0435470536YQ kann ich leider auch herzlich wenig anfangen, sie gibt leider keinen Aufschluss über den Lagerort.

Leider sind 0 Sterne nicht möglich. Ich habe über Amazon etwas bestellt, WNBAA0434916703YQ. Angeblich wurde lt. Amazon-Seite am 19.02. ein Zustellversuch unternommen, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht - "Empfänger nicht gefunden", was soll das?? Die Adresse ist vollständig! Und ich war an diesem Tag durchgehend zu Hause! Lt. Amazon Seite liegt mein Paket "am Standort des Transportdienstleisters" (Paketshop?)
Abgesehen davon, dass mein Paket nicht zugestellt wurde (Zusteller zu faul? Zu dumm zum Adresse lesen?) - WO ist mein Paket jetzt? Ich habe keinerlei Informationen dazu

Their tracking said my package was delivered to my mailbox today. Nothing was delivered. Which isn’t surprising as it’s Presidents Day a federal holiday, and there was no mail delivery today! I checked the box, just in case. Nothing there. Will never buy anything using this “delivery” system again.

Llevo en espera de mi pedido más de 20 días, dice que está en Barcelona pero sale a cada rato que dirección está mal la cual se comprobó que está perfecta, nunca se contactan con uno antes de la entrega, luego que la ruta no está completada, no se puede complicar por ningún medio con la empresa, es fatal el servicio muy malo y mi paquete no aparece ni está en proceso
