There was two pens that never had the…
There was two pens that never had the caps on. Also one pen had a sticker removed so now the glue is exposed.
I can clearly see that the packaging was rushed.

Incorrect order fulfillment
I placed an order for a box of paper and 10 files.
I only received 1 ream of paper and 1 file.
After a sales lady phoned me and told me she packed it incorrectly.
She told me to place another order for the difference, but the amount already went off my bank account. I first had to wait for it to be debited with the correct amount. Why could she not pack the rest of the order? Now, I have to make another order. The first order I also paid for speedy delivery, so now do I have to pay for another speed delivery?

The delivery service was awful
The delivery service was awful. Just dropped off and left. Boxes were torn including the paper inside. This is so bad and the service.

Easy to order
I placed my order and very shortly thereafter received confirmation that the order was being prepared. It was ready and waiting at the allocated store at the allocated time and I collected my order with ease.

Efficient service and good communication
My order was processed and delivered quickly. An incorrect item was sent but the chat feature on the website made it easy to arrange a replacement.
Only downside of the delivery was that the box was open and the packaging of one item was torn. Perhaps an issue with the delivery company.
I would use Waltons again, they provide efficient service and good communication.
