Great service
I ordered some stationery late on a Sunday morning. I got a call from a Walton's rep early Sunday afternoon to say they did not have the specific colour folder and would another do. Super impressed by the service and attention to detail. And delivered the very next day. Will definitely order through them again.

Hi Gregory,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad our team could assist once you followed up, but we're sorry that you didn't receive a response on your initial order, or that you weren't informed sooner that the item was out of stock. This isn't the standard of communication we aim for, and we'd like to look into it further. A ticket has been opened, which you're welcome to reply to as well.

The manager at the Walton's store in Moffit Retail Centre
The manager at the Walton's store in Moffit Retail Centre was fantastic. I'd purchased an item online that turned out to be defective, and he went out of his way to help me exchange it for one in stock right there in the store. I was working under a tight deadline, and that quick exchange meant I could finish my project on time. Excellent service — much appreciated!
