Walmart.com Arvostelua 

Walmart.com are extremely deceptive and have no respect for their customers. They kept giving my disabled father-in-law the run around. The poor man placed two orders in early February with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. Nothing was even shipped. A week later, nothing was shipped. After wasting a lot of time writing and calling Walmart Customer Service, he was given endless lies, incompetence and false hope.

In the end, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his two orders 2 weeks later, and sent him an offensive e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". He NEVER cancelled his orders.

Few days later, they sent him an e-mail about the products he wanted (and were never shipped) that said "The wait is over. Back in stock alert!... Free 2-day delivery."

The poor man caught the Bait (and Switch), and he placed his order once again, after all the waste of time and lack of respect.

Walmart, once again, shipped NOTHING. A week later, after many follow-ups, fraudulent advertising without any shame, and false promises, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his 3rd order, and again sent him an e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". Remember that he NEVER cancelled any of his 3 orders. That's was as wrong as it gets!

By contrast, I order from Amazon.com with a 2-day Guaranteed Delivery, and I always receive what I order in 2 days. In the very rare occasion they deliver a day or 4 later, they give me double the money I paid in a refund as well as a courtesy credit... even if its $300 with a sincere apology.

I would NEVER order ANYTHING from Walmart.com... Shame on you!....

You change get amazing things on time, fast, and efficient. But on the other hand it could take forever and it also takes forever when you return there items and get back on your card

I will never order from Walmart.com again. I placed an order Dec 6,2019,order #2772047-759181, 5 items.total was 75.37 plus tax.It was split up into several orders as some items we're "Marketplace" vendors. I thought they were safe because they were on the Walmart.com website.I ended up canceling a star wars doll of Yoda after I received my first order of two big boys star wars t-shirt, pk of 2.They came out of California,the 2 t-shirts were NOT as described they were Not US sizes, way too small.I called Walmart and got someone in the Philippines.The representative knew nothing that could help me!I tried to contact Walmart in USA. could not find no where on website to help contact them,I kept getting sent to webpage that sent me to Philippines.GRRRRRRRRR
I am very frustrated, this has never happened before to me. Yesterday I got a package that was part of my original order, again it has another order #1300514689 on receipt from Fifth Sun,495 Ryan Ave.,Chino, CA 95973, was to be size big boys size 10-12. It is a size small.(baby small )StarsWars looks to me like a black market logo, material is cheap and thin and I was charged 21.00 plus 5.00 shipping. Was supposed to be FREE shipping on orders of 35 and over.

I will never order anything from Walmart.com again. In this day and age, deliveries should never take more than a week (tops).

The order was simple to place and paying for it was easy. It arrived on time but the order was not right but I called and they sent out a new order free of charge immediately. They even sent me return label for me to give to my mailman here at home for free. So I think they are a good company to choose.

THE LAPTOP PRETTY FAST UP AND RUNNING WELL. DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR LAPTOP TO LOAD ANYTHING. I RECOMMAND BUY THE TRUE GAMING LAPTOP.

Pharmacy is willfully understaffed in Portage indiana. Why have a pharmacy department if you're going to have untrained employees and not enough people to help customers get meds.

I've placed several orders through Walmart.com in the past year, and I feel I've gotten good value for money. I love the selection, which is a lot more than I can find in my local Walmart, and the shipping is also a good deal - free next day with $35 purchase. So far most items have arrived in good condition. I had one plastic item which came cracked but it was still usable so I didn't return it. It's a lot more convenient than going shopping, especially for staples and bulky paper products. I've had no trouble with shipping and the things get here on time. I recommend.

I am reviewing my local Wal-Mart in Boone, NC. I absolutely loveD this store. My motto to my family members was: If you can't find it at Wal-Mart, then you don't need it! This was before they renovated the store. Yes they added a wider section, but they downsized on their merchandise. They also discontinued many of their products that were kept on hand daily and bought daily. I loved how it used to be. Now the shelves stay empty a lot of the time because of lack of 'shelving space. Each product has such a small space to get restocked , so, in turn, the shelves stay empty most of the time due to a small amount of space each product is allotted. Bottom line.....there is not enough room on the shelves so the small amount of product that can fit in the designated space sells fast & the shelves aren't being stocked back quick enough. Comparing the quantity of merchandise there is now before this last change to the store, I would have given a 5 star rating. But sadly, I can only give a 2 star rating for my favorite store.

Terrible service. They delivered the same wrong product 3 times so I gave up. People you talk to cannot fix the problem.

Walmart.com is about a 4 star, I am writing about store experience in WEST BROWNSVILLE, PA.
It is one of the most friendly if not the friendliest walmart store I have been to, in fact it is my chosen store for everything! The associates are friendly, eager to help and if it isn't their department they will take the time to help look. The associates are knowledgeable about the overall store. I can't say enough good about them or my experience with them. THANKYOU ALL AT .WALMART in WEST BROWNSVILLE PA,.

i'm writing about walmart in albuquerque, academy and wyoming streets. whoever is managing this store certainly isn't doing a good job. many, many of the shelves are simply not stocked. this applies in almost every area of this store. it's definitely not a pleasure shopping there. when i go to a bigger walmart its shelves and frozen sections are stocked and i don't have to go anywhere else. this makes for a longer trip to the store. hope something can be done. it used to be a pleasure shopping there, but there must be a new manager. he/she is not getting the job done. FIRE THEM!!!

They fraudulently represent two day shipping and you won't receive your package they said they would refund my money and now they're refusing to refund it I'm done shopping at any Walmart affiliate

I ordered 4 items 10/15/2018 with 2 day shipping. One item came 10/17/2018 and because it was defective I received a partial refund right away. The other 3 items aren't here. An email said it would be here Thursday, 10/18, didn't arrive. Then an email for tracking said Friday, 10/19, it didn't arrive. On Saturday 10/20, email said Monday 10/22. Now I have a tracking email says 10/23 it will be here and says the label was initiated 10/19. Unfortunately I ordered several more items the day the one item arrived on time. And there are no tracking emails sent on that order. The 2 day arrival should have been today for the newer order, 10/22/2018. I will never order from Wal-Mart.com again. A Bloomburg article I just read, said Wal-Mart will fine 3rd parties who don't deliver on time. Who gets that money? Wal-Mart does for lying to customers. There's no available place to send a direct complaint, no email, it's not worth the time to even write this review because they are too big a Corp. with billions in sales to care about service. UPDATE: my mistake, there are several email and scheduled shipments for only 2 orders. I'm so confused now because the main one from a week ago the tracking has never been updated so I may never get it, and what the check is United Delivery Service? UPS is good service, is this a delivery service to fool people? I've never heard of it but their tracking isn't updated and says delivery is last Thursday. I'm here all day long nothing was ever delivered.

I order just about everything online because I don't go out so in stating that I will write that Walmart.com is one of the best online sites to order from.
Walmart.com has a great selection at great prices, they ship super fast and free ! I have had an issue with an item at one time and contacted Customer Service and they were Awesome ! Walmart.com has a great Customer Service Dept. with Reps. willing to listen and help. I absolutely love shopping at Walmart.com , any issues just contact the customer service dept. But doubt you have any , they are super good about everything from food items to clothing, etc.. Love Walmart.com
