WallsHeaven - Prints Wall Murals Arvostelua 

We ordered one of the offered murals in late September and it arrived in just over two weeks. Packaging was done very professional and it arrived with no defects. Applying was very straightforward. We are enjoying the wall view...thanks for a superb job on the mural!

My wall mural was perfect. The quality was great. My measurements were correct. I had to purchas6some wall paper adhesive, as water alone was not doing to job. Over all I sm extremely satisfied with my wall mural. I will certainly purchase again.

The murals are decent. Customer service terrible though. I sent about 4 emails over a 6 week period pleading for a response to no avail. They take your money, deliver your product but good luck trying to get your question(s) answered. There is also no phone number to call they point you to email which they ignore.

Mural arrived in good time and in perfect shape. Mural was precisely cut and measured. We had to create a wallpaper tray big enough for the 3 40+ inch panels by cutting and gluing 3 wallpaper trays together, but it worked. We are super pleased with the giant cyclist on the wall in our exercise room! thank you!

Picture print quality was good, which was the main decision factor when purchasing this mural. I had examined the stock photo, and calculated dpi myself to be sure. However the panels were over 45 inches wide which proved to be quite challenging to install. We had to use a full bathtub to soak the panels, which we found wasteful. There were no markings on the image, like the video shows so we had to manually line up features on the image (which wasn't too difficult). When trying to manipulate the panels, we had a very difficult time getting them to lay flat on the wall, so we ended up with many creases. Note: do no try to get the creases out with a plastic edge, it will damage the image and leave a white line. We did that in a few spots, then found a better solution was to cut a line under the crease and smooth it out with a little wood roller.
Overall, we are happy to have gotten the mural, but disappointed with the installation. Especially when the video made it look like a one-woman job. Her panels were much smaller than ours were. I believe it would have been easier to match an extra seam than it was to manipulate the panels we had.

Great communication, great bespoke product. Very high quality. Thoroughly delighted.

I ordered on the 2nd June 20 and still waiting for my order and paid in advance. I received one email on the day my order will be posted 2 weeks ago. They don’t answer to your emails and no contact number. They quick to take your money and no good.
I’m trying to get a refund and they are not responding To emails. Absolutely disgusting.
I want a refund.

I sent them a message from their contact form on their website to have explanations.
They don't answer. Why ?
I need my paper to finish my wall and rent my flat ! I am losing some money every day !

VERY BAD WEBSHOP!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have ordered on 2 of april one poster and untill today i didn't get it... you cannot contact them only via mail... they answer when they want and they only put you on hold ... last mail from them was on 28 of april and they said in 3 days i get my poster home ,NOTHING!!! i have tried to contact them but they don't answer anymore.is about 58 euro's ,but i am still gonna contact a lawyer and i am gonna go to the police .is not about the money is about principes and to protect other people of being scamed and stolen ... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP IS A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

I’ve orderd wallpaper and everything went wel... but; the picture is not okay! The lines are good but than the boat on the picture moves.

I’ve tried on different ways to contact but I didn’t hear anything at all...!! Is wallsheaven closed because of Corona? They can answer the mail??

i order wallpaper and takes weeks to deliver i dont have that time so i order wallpaper from a nother company it takes 2 days. i sent a lot of emails but dont get any respons real frustrating. realy bad company i want my money back!.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The customer service is a catastrophy, you never get an answer. The mentioned delivery time is more than 1 week due. We still dont have the ordered product, allthough we payed in advance. Very bad....

First time I have used this company, I really should have checked the reviews before ordering. The company provides wall murals and they are not cheap, they offer 40% discount on the actual website which meant my order came in at £267, so not cheap. Order placed 27th November. On placing my order I selected next day delivery as this had been an option, when it did not arrive I waited patiently. After a week I chased and received a response from Camilo on the 5th December, he has been mentioned in a lot of the reviews and is not a helpful chap. He informed me the order would be despatch Mon 9th and I would have no later than Wed 11th. It did not arrive and I had to chase yet again, I was again informed by Camilo he would have it sent out express delivery and get it to me as soon as possible. Again nothing arrived and I had to chase again on Friday 13th December, at this point I was not a happy bunny. Camilo yet again advised he would have it despatch Monday 16th December. I threatened to cancel my order to which he offered an extra 10% discount and a further 50% off my next ordered. Who in their right mind is going to order again from a company who let them down the first time. I declined his offer and advised I would wait as this mural had been specially selected for our new office. In all honestly I would rather have cancelled but did not have much choice. I warned I would return if the product was not up to spec. Camilo's attitude to his customers is appalling, he needs some training in customer service. My delivery finally arrived on the 18th Dec 3 weeks later !! The mural itself would have been perfect had it not had dirty splash marks over the white areas of the mural, my mural has a large print in the middle with a white area at the top and bottom. I cannot believe after waiting 3 weeks, it was spoilt by dirt. There was also no placement marks on the paper as advised in their installation video, so I had to work it out for myself. Because the office needed to be completed by the 20th December I had to make do with what I had and clean it the best I could. There was no way I was going through that whole process again. I am deeply unhappy with the service I received and looking at some of Camilo's responses to previous reviews I am expecting a crass response.
How Wallsheaven work our their pricing concerns me, the original price of my mural was £446 before a 40% costing me £267.60. Yet on the website today the exact same mural at exactly the same size is now showing at £528, but on offer for £350. Mmmmmm something is not right, makes me wonder whether they stick within the price establishment laws !! Anyone wishing to order from this website I wish you luck, maybe I was just unlucky.
