WallsHeaven - Prints Wall Murals Arvostelua 

I've been waiting for my order for a month and have sent numerous emails for weeks with no response. The listed phone number seems to be out of service.

I received a wallpaper mural from them three years ago and absolutely love it. I'm hoping I can still receive this new order. Any reply from them would be appreciated.

Made my day! My parents could easy put wallpaper mural on them bedroom and looks awsome. It was easy for them gluing and overlap. So i don't understand above comments about wrong gluing.

Ordered a poster early May and received nothing. Tried to communicate but silence was deafening. Have asked PayPal to step in. Have ordered poster elsewhere.
Seems to be a scam site.
1. you did not give refund. PayPal did.
2. Waiting 3 months is not me in a rush. You just don’t get the idea of customer service do you.

Not quite sure why you think I would order from your company ? A 60% discount is only good if the prduct arrives. Think I'll stick with companies who reply to any messages within a few days and not 3 months down the line like yourselves. Clowns.

Still doesnt explain ignoring 5 messages I sent trying to contact you. This is the first Ive heard from you since I submitted the order last month. I've had my money back via Paypal - found a new site Wallsauce.com spoke to them to make sure they were nothing to do with yourselves and ordered the print. It arrived yesterday. All this in the time its taken you to send me one reply.

"If you order again we can send your print with pay from you only to courier" - If you truly believe after all this I'm going to send any more cash your way I suggest you maybe branch out into stand up comedy.

I ordered 14 wall murals in March of 2023 for $2,131. In early May I was told that my order was printed and would be shipped out at the end of the week and that I would receive tracking. I received nothing. I emailed the owner of the company, and he responded that PayPal had misappropriated from him my payment of $2,131, so he would not be fulfilling the order. I am processing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection against Wallsheaven for civil theft, fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contract. Please guide yourself accordingly when considering whether or not to do business with Wallsheaven.

Achtung, man bekommt keine Ware sondern nach 4 Wochen einen Bonus wegen langer Wartezeit gutgeschrieben und angeblich würde die Bestellung in den Versand gehen. Nichts geschieht,Mails werden nicht mehr beantwortet, keine Kontaktaufnahme, 138€ in den Sand gesetzt. Finger weg

wallsHeaven confirmed my order but never sent it. However, my credit card was charged. I tried several times to e-mail WallHeavens through their website and direct e-mail but all messages bounced back to me.
There is no phone number to call.

Schlechte qualität. Ich habe Foto auf ihre Seite rausgesucht. Ich habe klare Fototapete erwartet. Bekomen habe ich unsichtbare Druck. Auf menine mail antwortet niemand. Ich wollte nur eine Erklärung haben. Tapete kann ich nicht benutzen, leider

Le transporteur a perdu notre commande. Cependant le service client nous a toujours répondu avec sérieux. Le produit fût re fabriqué. Nous avons réceptionné notre commande pratiquement 2 mois après la commande. Je re commande malgré tout le site car le papier est d'excellente qualité.

Sehr gut fand ich, das die Fototapete auf die nötigen Maße angepaßt werden konnte.
Ich fand eine schönes Motiv, das gut in den Raum paßte. Es gab auch viel Auswahl bei den Motiven.

Was mir nich gefiel war die Lieferzeit. Da für mich nicht ersichtlich war, was die Tapete mit Fedex geschickt wurde, gab ich einen DHL Paketshop als Ziel an. Dadurch verzögerte sich die Auslieferung um einen Monat. Des weitern verwunderte mich, das sich die Bahnen überlappten, was ich optisch nicht schön finde.
Ich meine auch nicht das darauf hingewiesen wurde, Schade.

Horrible communication. Horrible meaning - No responses or updates when i emailed or texted.
The product finally came and was decent quality. If you expect customer service though forget it.

Ordered a couple of canvas prints.

Delivery took a while, about a month from ordering. But other than that I'm very happy with them - arrived today, well packed and decent quality.

Would happily order from here again.

Great customer service, shipped promptly! we applied the mural yesterday and it went very smoothly. we watched a couple of videos about wallpaper application as we had never applied wallpaper before. thank you!!

I cannot ready give a review for now because the order seem to be stock at a fedex warehouse in Ozarowice. It is there seem the 8/31/2022

Finger weg von Wallsheaven! Betrüger aus London. Vier Fototapeten bestellt. Zunächst kam die Lieferung viel zu spät. Dann wunderte man sich über die schlechte Übersetzung der Montaganleitung.

Der Druck ist grundsätzlich gut; die Verarbeitung der Tapete fast unmöglich und wurde bei mir durch einen professionellen Malermesiter durchgeführt. Die Falten die beim Vorgang entstehen sind am Ende nicht raus zu bekommen.

Am schlimmsten war aber die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Versprochene Rückerstattungen wurden nie durchgeführt, Beleidungen wie "Sie sind dumm" oder "Nur du hast Probleme. Gehen Sie mit Ihrem Hund zum Parken und atmen Sie durch" waren an der Tagesordnung. INsgesamt muss man diesen Anbieter als respektlosen Betrüger einstufen.

Would give a negative 10 if possible. We purchased a 71 x 71 mural at $142.00. Didn't get to put up the mural right away but did inspect. Looked fine. However, when we were able to put it up there was a 3 inch portion of one panel the entire width that was obviously flawed and made it impossible to line up the mural or get the bubbles out (even with picture proof). Not only were they rude in their reply saying it was all our fault and that we improperly installed (why hadn't we watched the videos, etc.), they refused to replace or refund our money. They wanted us to believe they were being gracious by offering to give us 50% off a reprint. Why on earth would be send more money just to be given another substandard print. Also no way to contact except by email. Obviously not a reputable company. Will never purchase a thing from this company.!

Now after writing this review I am being harassed via email by these people saying they will be sending the money to the Ukraine. This company is far from reputable. Buyer beware.
