Not worth dealing with Wallsheaven
When I ordered my wall mural, no where in their site did it say that if you had to return your mural, you would be sending it to the UK. The rate to return it is $85. They tell you to return it USPS which is expensive out of the country. The mural was so blurry I did not want it on my wall. Shame on them for not disclosing where you would return it to. They make it sound like they have a wonderful return experience. NOT!!!!
Then when I emailed them for a return label, they told me they would not answer any more of my emails and not to try and threaten them. WHAT?? Who runs a business like that? Terribly disappointed...

The picture is just what I ordered. It came in 2 pieces and was very easy to hang. The seam is invisible to the eye unless you’re right up on the picture. The print is clear and sharp and looks amazing on the wall.

Wir haben eine Fototapete unserer Gegend bestellt und uns sehr darauf gefreut.
Wir haben die Vinyl Variante bestellt, da sie ins Gästebad kommen sollte. Kommen sollte... den der Maler EFZ (keine ungelernte Person), konnte die Tapete nicht anbringen, da er sie nicht korrekt montieren konnte. Ich habe mir von ihm sagen lassen, dass Fototapeten offenbar Kante an Kante gestossen werden, nicht so bei wallsheaven. Da wird überlappen gearbeitet, dies jedoch nicht in der Anleitung vermerkt. Somit ist die ganze Fototapete nicht mehr zu brauchen. 600 Fr. für die Katze!
Auf meine Nachfrage wurde umgehend geantwortet. Als ich mich mit den Begründungen nicht einverstanden gab, wurde der Ton rauer... ungelernte Kraft, kein IKEA-Produkt, 5x das gleiche Mail! Schade ist es kein solches Produkt, denn da wird Kundenzufriedenheit gross geschrieben! Für mich steht fest... bei diesem Anbieter kaufe ich nicht mehr und werde ihn auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Vinyl-Fototapeten werden nach einem professionellen Standard produziert, bei dem die Bahnen mit leichter Überlappung angebracht werden. Dieses Verfahren hilft, bei größeren Formaten eine perfekte Passung und dauerhafte Haltbarkeit zu erzielen. Wir verstehen aber, dass dies für Handwerker, die mit anderen Systemen (z. B. Kante-an-Kante-Montage) arbeiten, ungewohnt sein kann.

Ich hätte mal gleich bei trustpilot schauen sollen. Dann wäre mir klar gewesen, dass es sich bei wallsheaven um einen absolut unseriösen Anbieter handelt, der einen als Kunden im Regen stehen lässt. Bis auf die Auftragsbestätigung inklusive der Lieferadresse exakt null Kommunikation. So kann das nichts werden. Gut, dass ich für die Zahlungsabwicklung einen Anbieter mit Käuferschutz genutzt habe. So habe ich denn nach acht Wochen auch mein Geld wieder. Hände weg von wallsheaven ist meine Empfehlung. Alle unten stehenden Antworten sind Ausflüchte. Fakt ist, außer einer korrekten Auftragsbestätigung passierte nichts.

I recently purchased a mural from wallsheaven , the products are good quality and look great, the problem I got is when i purchased this , it had a London (uk) address, the purchase stated FREE prompt delivery, unknown to me this came from America. Since then I am being chased be fed ex for £101 unpaid export duty , I have contacted wallsheaven on several occasions to ask why this was not mentioned during to purchase process. I have had no reply or contact from them .

To show the level of organization and efficiency I got a reply to my review 3 years later……..
Placed order paid upfront and no responses to our emails already have sent six requests. We need the order for a grand opening. Looks like we will have to do a chargeback and order elsewhere.

THEY NEVER REPLY- Im out $200
I ordered a mural as a gift. It came incomplete(missing panel) so I had to send 5 emails to get someone to respond to fix it since they are not reachable by phone. they said they would send a replacement, but all they sent was 1 of the 4 panels!!! it is a mess! So now I have sent 5+emails every couple of days begging for help! I even offered to pay more! This was a gift for my granddaughter's wall! So now I am out $200 and what was supposed to be a special gift is not! Awful support! I am so disappointed I let myself get scammed.

Terrible customer service
Ordered my product in size specific sheet width so I was able to have it printed on one sheet but they printed it on three. The adhesive tore the paint off the wall making it unusable. Sent the company. Request for a reprint on different backing and for completely ignored.

Terrible. Awful. Waited 1 month only to find out my item was backordered. No phone number on site. Emails go unresponded. It was only when I threatened a charge back until they finally wrote back and said my item was backordered. They couldn't have just told me that up front. This is a scam merchant. DO NOT USE THEM.

Good product, poor instructions
The instructions were inconsistent with the materials provided. The written instructions referred us to a video. The video stated a tray would be provided for wetting the paper but none was. The video stated the wallpaper would have markings indicating where to overlap but there were none. The video stated the package would include individualized instructions for our particular size and shape but there were none. So we did the best we could and it took a couple hours to get it right. The end product looked great the next day, though.

No after sales service at all
Having spent in excess of £1000 on a wallpaper mural, it arrived damaged. I emailed the company who didn't reply. I then emailed them again and again no response. Happy to take significant sums off customers but not willing to even reply when there's a problem. I will never use again and suggested no one else does.

Beware of bad quality, false advertising and horrendous customer service.
I would avoid using this company as the customer experience is terrible. I have contacted the company through their website and two social media accounts and they took up to 6 messages on each to get a response. My request for help on the quality, fitting and design was met with aggression and defensive language. There was no support at all.
Please read the reviews on this company before ordering as I have experienced a very expensive damaged and miss-advertised product of which WallsHeaven have no intention of helping to solve.
Please do not respond with 0.0033333% of orders have complaints as this is clearly inaccurate when 53% of the reviews on TrustPilot are 1 Star!
