Ich wollte nur - wie angepriesen - völlig kostenlos die für mich empfohlene Schrittanzahl pro Tag erfahren. Dann merkte ich plötzlich, dass ich in eine Falle getappt war und 23.99 bezahlen musste. Ok, wieder ein Idioten-Lehrgeld bezahlt, dachte ich mir. Die App lud ich nie herunter, eben um nicht noch weiter reinzurutschen. Schrittanzahl erfuhr ich demnach auch nicht.
Dann war ich im Jänner länger krank und merkte nicht, wie still und heimlich 48.96€ abgebucht wurden, ohne mich irgendwie vorzuwarnen.
Erst jetzt habe ich gesehen, dass weitere 48.96€ abgebucht wurden. Ich habe also 121.91€ an Idiotensteuer an diesen unehrenhaften Verein bezahlt, ohne die geringste Leistung daraus zu beziehen. Schande auf diese Geschäftsgebarung. Ich bin als alleinverdienende Mutter von drei Kindern oft an meinen finanziellen Überforderungsgrenzen und darf jetzt schauen, wie ich aus diesem Schlamassel wieder rausfinde.
Zudem wird alles auf Englisch geschrieben. Ich spreche einigermaßen anständig Englisch, aber juristisch fundiert zu kündigen ist für eine Laiin ein völlig anderes Ding. Hände weg von walking yoga!

These people are scammers advertising…
These people are scammers advertising free stuff just to realize a click later that nothing was free. Plus the app inside ( and its linked other apps) are nothing like the app they advertise. Please dont fall for them, because all they're gonna do is simply cancel your subscription while sending you fake screenshots. They made me pay for a publication in french after announcing it was for "free", if someone is interested i'm ready to share for free!

I interacted with Nora Abot to help me with an on-line problem. She answered within minutes, even though it was on a Sunday afternoon. She had already taken care of my situation and was responding to inform me.
The type of employee that helps the company remain in business. Customer service is lacking in so many areas, Walking Yoga should be very proud of this eemployee.

The App itself was very good, but moreover, when I wanted to cancel, Support Specialist Nora Abot was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I tried the app didn't get on with it
I tried the app didn't get on with it. Unfortunately I missed canceling the subscription by 1 day, I was charged £24 and £76, When I contacted the company they said they would not refund. I had to accept losing a significant amount of money. I cancelled immediately Now 4 months on they have taken £176 from account. After contacting again I have been told it is for an mindful app (Which I have never used) this did not show up when I cancelled in the walking yoga app. I have once again been told they will not refund.
I would strongly recommend not using this app and make sure that all subscription cancellation emails are kept, stop payments through bank or PayPal as well.
