Title: Be very careful – automatic subscription and difficult refund process signed up for what I believed was a…
I signed up for what I believed was a trial, however it automatically rolled into a paid subscription without a clear reminder that the trial was ending.
While the terms do state that the subscription continues unless cancelled, this was not made prominent enough at the point of purchase. As a result, I was charged when I did not intend to continue.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Walking Yoga to be very careful and ensure you cancel immediately if you do not want to continue. Set a reminder straight away, as you will otherwise be charged automatically.
When I contacted them to dispute the charge, the refund was refused, which was disappointing and left me out of pocket of a £105.
Overall, my experience feels like the service relies on customers missing the cancellation window. Proceed with caution.
