If I could give a 0 rating I would. I haven’t been able to use the app due to ill health. I’ve cancelled my subscription but £42 has come out of my account despite the first 3 months supposedly being discounted. They have refused to issue a refund, shocking customer service. A payment reminder would have been useful. Strongly advise people to avoid at all costs

Be very careful with this app.
I paid £5.49 for a 7-day plan thinking it was a one-off. There was no clear or obvious warning that it would automatically renew into a £31.98 subscription. The only mention was hidden in tiny text at the bottom of the page.
I was then charged without proper notice. Cancelling is unnecessarily difficult as you have to contact support rather than simply cancel yourself.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and only offered 50% after I escalated the issue.
This is a classic subscription trap. I would not recommend.
