First of all the ad on Facebook…
First of all the ad on Facebook advertises "find out how many steps you should be walking, take the quiz it's free, well it's not free... What is free on this app, absolutely nothing. Had trouble from the minute I downloaded it, it doesn't warn you that a "health connect" app is needed to count the steps, okay I download that but the app doesn't open, great start, I try allowing permissions ect. I already have the Huawei health app and smart watch counting my steps and you would think this app would read off of that but nope, it doesn't, I tried uninstalling reinstalling nothing no steps counted and yet my watch and phone says I'm at 10000 steps. The whole point of the walking yoga app is to walk and count steps, it doesn't even do that. I did email back to one of the thousand emails I received after signing up for the one month, had a response from a Nora Abot telling me to take screenshots ect, I want a refund love, it's not doing what ai paid for bottom line. Then before a ai would forget I went onto the "subscription management" in the app and cancelled the June fee which would be the normal price, so I cancelled next month charge and though okay il enjoy what little I can from the app before the month is up then, but no because I cancelled next month charge now I'm not entitled to anything on the app I have already paid for. I want a refund now!!!! It is a scam and that little ad on Facebook I will warn others too. Waste on money stay away!!

Absolute scam. Only thing you’ll lose is your money.
Signed up for a free trial, realised it was literally just doing your own steps with some relaxing music playing, not much yoga at all. Cancelled the free trial.
Then noticed they have been taking money out of my account every month for some “additional” app that I didn’t sign up for nor have used but they’re refusing to give me a refund.

This is a scamming click bait app. It has taken an unauthorised payment for £42 after I cancelled immediately at the start of subscription. They have since failed to refund my payment. Stay well away from this disgusting scam of a company. 1 star is too high.

I used the trial for two days
I used the trial for two days
and tried to cancel the subscription,
but 37.98 euro was still taken from my account.
I contacted support immediately
and explained that I am currently
receiving cancer treatment
and not even using the service.
The answer was polite,
but the company refused to refund me
because of their digital subscription policy.
Very disappointing experience.
Please be careful with trial subscriptions
and automatic renewals.
