The cut was exactly same as on website.
We ordered 1kg of Wagyu Ribeye Miyazaki steak. It was delivered to us the next working day. The package was big a tightly packed so the beef did not shift around.

The cut is beautiful, marbled with only three places of total fat. I let it chill in a refrigerator a bit, covered by papel towels. I cut it halves and left one half de-froze more 20 hrs in the refrigerator and another went in vacuum to the freezer.

Today I cooked a meat splitting it in toponomiyaki manner (3-4cm thin) and seasoned only with salt thrown onto the preheated home electric grill for about 3 minutes, which gave us a crusty edges and medium rare heart, the taste is delicious, fatty and tender.

In summary this is a very good investment if you want to have something nice for dinner or special occasion and barbecue with friends.

Very negative experience

Completely unreliable company. The meat ordered absolutely does not correspond to what is promised on the website. The goods were finally sent after 9 days after repeated requests. After unpleasant service, they promised to send high-quality meat as a gift, but nothing has happened in two months. I will never order from the website wagyubeef.eu again.

To be 100% transparent we must explain the exact situation. As we explained you on the phone our dhl system was not working from tuesday to monday in the night (we called you and explain the situation), and thats why we promissed you to send some mangaliza chuck. Regarding the "meat ordered absolutely does not correspond to what is promised on the website" you must tell that our employees did not slice your product - was first day when we introduce that option to website and instead of chuck roll A5 that worth 123.5 eur we sent you 1.3 kg of striploin A5 which is worth 215 Eur. I don't know if is fair or not. At the final we will send you mangaliza chuck as we promissed in monday when we receive first shippment of mangaliza from this year...So i really don t know if one star is fair or not, we will let the people judge
