After several years with vyprvpn, I then hadn’t used it for the last 3 or so years and needed to go through the sign up process again from the beginning. While this didn’t take long, I felt more previous loyalty should have been more considered

It doesnt works!!!
Vypr VPN doesnt works on paid streamers aka Netflix, youtube premium etc.
It wont work on Hotspots mode.
Speeds get bad sometimes .
Customer Service with be prompt to note complaint but have little staff to fix it.

Attention, Goldenfrog surfacture !
Client depuis plusieurs années sans problème (j'aurai sans aucun doute mis 5 étoiles), j'ai été confronté sur mes deux comptes au même problème : une facturation en livres sterling au lieu d'euros, ce qui, bien sûr, augmente le prix (mes 86€ sont devenus 106,39€)
Je les ai contacté via le "Live Chat", et le discours tenu est "nous sommes désolés, c'est notre logiciel qui bug, dès que nous aurons une mise à jour nous vous enverrons un mail".
Le problème c'est que cela dure depuis des mois (un internaute signale le problème en octobre 2021 !) et qu'aujourd'hui encore la réponse est "nous enquêtons, nous vous recontacterons quand le problème sera résolu".
J'ai peut-être mauvais esprit, mais je reste persuadé que si cela était dans l'autre sens et que Goldenfrog "perdait" de l'argent, le problème serait sans doute résolu depuis bien longtemps...
