turbovpn.com Arvostelua

The company heavily advertises a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" on its website and within its applications to entice users into signing up. However, this policy is completely deceptive. On October 29, 2026, my account was automatically charged $11.99 for a subscription renewal. I immediately contacted their customer support to terminate the subscription and request a full refund within the valid period.
Turbo VPN has flatly refused to process the refund, ignored my explicit cancellation requests, and continues to withhold my funds against my express will. Furthermore, the application deliberately complicates or blocks the cancellation flow for users, making it impossible to stop recurring charges without external intervention.
This is a clear violation of App Store / Google Play developer guidelines regarding fair subscription management, as well as a deceptive business practice under consumer protection laws. I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund of the illegally withheld funds, and a strict compliance review of this developer's deceptive patterns.Furthermore, the service itself is completely non-functional. The VPN fails to connect, does not work as advertised, and is entirely unusable. Despite charging me for a renewal, Turbo VPN is failing to provide the actual service I am being billed for.

Complete rip-off. They promise to refund the subscription fee if not satisfied, but, they never did. I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours because the connection was very bad but did not even get a reply from them until 6 months later and without a refund asking me to contact their management.

This subscription sets you up on auto renewal, doesn't have a way to cancel the subscription other than contact their customer support, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in multiple countries (the company runs out of Singapore, and a quick check suggests it is illegal too). They also do not send you a reminder about your subscription prior to renewal, and just charge to your account. Couldn't get a refund back but writing this to tell people to stay away from it. Hopefully this site loses it business for its dodgy practices

The process for cancelling your subscription is very frustrating. You have to do it on the original device and you must do it via email or chat with a bot. I have no faith in either method to ensure my messages a wishes are being sent through and seen by a person to see the cancellation is completed.

Avoid Turbo VPN. They use deceptive bait-and-switch tactics and "dark pattern" traps to steal your money.

Fake Server Locations: I bought this service because their website explicitly advertised a server in Tahiti. Once I paid and logged into the app, that location didn't even exist. They generate fake landing pages for random global locations just to trick people into buying.

Trapped Subscriptions: You cannot cancel with a simple click of a button like regular apps. They force you to go through customer service just to stop your subscription.

Zero Support / No Refunds: When I demanded a refund for their false advertising, customer service completely ignored me, wasted my time, and closed my case without giving my money back.

They lie about their product, make it impossible to cancel, and pass the buck when caught. Do not trust them with your credit card.

I am utterly disappointed by Turbo VPN’s deceptive auto-renewal practices. They charged my credit card $99.99 for an annual renewal without sending a single advance notification or email reminder. As a New York resident, I know this is a direct violation of local consumer protection laws regarding auto-renewals.

Furthermore, I have absolute ZERO usage on my account since the renewal hit. Despite this obvious lack of use and the fact that new users get 27 months for only $79.99, their support team coldly refused a refund and hid behind a "30-day policy" template. This company relies on trapping old users and punishing them for forgetting to navigate their complicated cancellation maze. I am filing a formal chargeback and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
