I am trying to cancel this as it did not work while in China!

I got over 13000 points and could not redeem them. It wanted me to enter a nickname and even trying outrageous names I was told there was already the same one in use. Later I got a message saying me money had been sent to PayPal, so all is ok, but…

Simple website, transparent pricing, few steps to buy. Apps are easy to use, do not bother and simply work on the background.

Très bon VPN, je l'utilise pour le gaming (FPS) et le PING est quasi le même que si je jouais sans sur les serveurs étranger (USA, HONG KONG...)
Je ne comprend pas trop tout ces avis négatifs, je l'utilise depuis les giganews et j'ai changé juste une fois de VPN pour Cyberghost car j' avais eu une licence gratuite et croyez moi je suis revenu à VYPRVPN
Et je rajoute, très bon service client réactif

Worked perfectly! The only downside is, it doesn’t work with wifi so you have to use your mobile data. Other than that, awesome!

vpn qui ne fonctionne pas . une fois lancé les recherches n'aboutissent pas. aucun moyen de contact avec l'assistance (cela tourne dans le vide et n'abouti jamais).
je regrette d'avoir changer de vpn.

VyprVPN service is completely non-functional from China, at least from Harbin where I am located. I asked for a refund 3 times, the company has ignored me. The company uses all sorts of dark patterns, ie I chose the “pay $10 for 1 month” and they put me on a recurring subscription plan without my knowledge or consent, then made it impossible to sign into my account so I couldn’t cancel. If you are unlucky enough to sign up for this service, be aware that your email, used for login, is CASE SENSITIVE, which is unheard of on the web.

UPDATE: After about 2 weeks they reached out and eventually refunded me. This still doesn't get me back the approx 4 hours I wasted trying to get their software to work and emailing their support team.
