I would strongly advise against using this car rental company.

When we collected the vehicle, we were required to pay a US$200 security deposit, which we were told would be refunded after the rental. Despite returning the car in good condition and complying with all the rental terms, more than six months later I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by email and phone, but they simply do not respond. Once they have your money, customer service appears to disappear completely.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If a company cannot honour a straightforward deposit refund or even respond to repeated enquiries, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their customers.

My advice is simple: avoid this company and rent from a reputable provider instead. There are plenty of trustworthy rental companies in Waikiki, and it's not worth risking your money. In my experience, this company has been completely unprofessional, and I feel they have effectively kept money that should have been refunded.

Six months later still waiting for security deposit to returned. Lesson learned. Do not trust or use this company. They take a security deposit with no intention to return it. I should have looked at reviews before using them.

Don't even think about it!
They try to keep your deposit.
The customer service like do not exist.
If the shit happened already, go to the DCCA Hawaii home page and start a complaint process!

I have contacted this company every week for 3 months to get my deposit back and they have come up with every excuse possible as to why it has not gone through , i have now read i am not alone and this is an ongoing issue - do not book them !!!!

Do not use this company. We dropped off our rental car with no damage and now they are saying there is damage to the underside of the car on the sills and front bumper (black scuff marks). We picked the car up in the dark and there was no one at the site so did a video the following morning showing all the scuffs and dents to the outside of the car. Didn’t think to do one of the underneath. On dropping the car off, again there was no one at the site you just had to leave the car and put keys in a mailbox.

Do not rent from these people. They are thieves and will not return $200 security deposit. Seen many who have suffered the same

They are refusing to give my deposit back, stating there are scuffs on the paintwork.

Even though I have photos and videos of the car, on collection date and return date.

I know this has happened to a lot of other people, even though I have insurance this company are fabricating these supposed scuffs.
Trying to say it will cost 4050€ to put right.

This company are corrupt run by a Ukrainian guy, I am urging people to read reviews on this company, I am not the first and certainly won't be the last.

If anyone rented a Peugeot 2008, white colour with registration 5421 LPR, and had the same problem please write on the forum.

Car return went easy. However, at pickup, the (otherwise friendly) woman at the kiosk was extremely persistent in trying to sell us a quite expensive insurance package, although I made it clear that I don't need insurance since I'm already covered by my own insurances. At the end, she still added the insurance package but then offered a discount on the rental price. Then price did end up being a bit higher than on my booking. Even worse, we received a car that was one category smaller than we booked, which made the drive very uncomfortable for the two adults on the 3rd row. On top of that, the car was old and in a bad condition with many scratches, marks and little damages inside and outside. Had it been a cheap rental - it wasn't! - then we may have understood the condition of the car, but the price was already high. Lastly, for 3 weeks now I'm waiting for the response on my complaint, despite sending numerous reminders. Be careful when booking with this company!
