I had a great experience with this company, very professional and efficient, the car was in good condition and the return process was very smooth. I would recommend it to everyone.

Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole! I am currently €1,200 down for damage they say I did to the underneath of the car. I did NOT do the damage to the car. I have asked for video evidence of the underneath of the car on the day I picked it up as this must be standard practice, however after repeated requests they have NOT provided it!!! Reading on here I am NOT the only ones they have done this to. The car was a Citroen 0717 MTR. Ronnie

Don’t use this company, they are scammers and fraudsters. They will either sell you insurance at €20 per day or find something wrong with the car on its return and keep your €1200 deposit. Despite taking photos on collection and return they found a small scratch under the front bumper, out of sight…. It’s a con and a scam.

After arriving at 6pm from an early flight then you would expect to be given a fantastic service… NOT EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST!!!
Getting some random WHATSAPP MESSAGE to tell us to go and find our own car in a huge car park IN THE PITCH BLACK.
LET ALONE THE FACT IT HAD DENTS AND PAINT CHIPS AND LOW TYRE PRESSURES WITH BARELY ANY FUEL IN THE TANK.

we drove it 4 times.
Once from the airport, once to the airport. Then to, and from, a beach.
Simple as, didn’t park it anywhere where there was a curb in-front of the bumper.

Somebody now please explain why these scummy pieces of filth are now trying to to say there is damage to the UNDERSIDE of the vehicle… specifically the BUMPER WHICH COULDNT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE AT ALL.

Taken my deposit of € 1,200.
Saying it’s going to cost € 4,082 in damages overall.

SCAM!!! Stole my 1200€ after accusing me of damaging underneath the car. To begin with there wasn’t even anyone there to greet us, they had left the key on a tire - no one to check the car prior. Same for when we dropped the car off, no one there just had to leave it, no checks. Less than 24 hours after we returned the car, they refused to give us our deposit for 1200€ back and said we had done 4000€ of damage!!! We most certainly hadn’t. They stole from us - DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

À FUIR et malheureusement très très mauvaise expérience. J'ai demandé, réservé une boite manuelle et je n'ai pas eu le choix sur place d'avoir une boite automatique. Personne à la remise des clés ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ (clé déposèe sur la roue) et voiture mise au fond du parking (bien sûr pas éclairé) = très très compliqué de faire une vidéo + photos à 20h du soir. N'ayant eu aucun accrochage, tout c'était bien passé pendant ma semaine de location, j'étais confiant pour la remise de ma caution. Quelle mauvaise surprise, ils me réclament au début 2200€ sur des chocs antérieurs. Aucun noté sur le contrat de départ de leur part et d'ailleurs je n'ai pas le constat de l'état du Véhicule de Location au départ et au retour signé par les deux parties. Le constat retour doit faire apparaître les dommages subis et facturés par le loueur. Bref j'ai prouvé comme je pouvais (vidéo le soir sans éclairage).et maintenant ils me réclament 1100€ (quasiment la totalité de ma caution comme par hasard pour un soit disant choc en dessous de la voiture). De nuit c'est compliqué de se mettre dessous la voiture pour vérifier cela aussi. Surtout que l'on voit bien que cela date de vieux . Bref je vais déposer un dossier auprès de : hojas de réclamaciones et ensuite auprès de mon avocat car je ne peux accepter de me faire arnaquer aussi facilement. SURTOUT FUYEZ LES .. Je constate
que nous sommes plusieurs dans ce cas, nous devrions porter plainte ensemble car vraiment

Je pense que nous devons aussi nous retourner aussi contre Economy bookings qui continuent á les réfèrencer et deviennent donc complices malgré toutes les plaintes et mauvaises expèriences qui s’accumulent. Je vous promet que je vais aller jusqu’au bout et récupérer mes 1200€

Arnaque à la caution !!!
Comme tous les avis négatifs liés à ce loueur d'ailleurs. Des vacances du Nouvel An gâchées par 1200€ de perdu car soit disant des dommages causés sur la voiture. Aucun personne a la prise en charge du véhicule ni à la restitution.
Ils répondent par des mails types et identiques à tous les clients. Quel sens du service client !
Évidemment on ne va pas se laisser faire. Ils ne lâchent rien mais moi non plus.

I rented a grey golf ( reg no 3006 ksx) over Christmas, they turned 40 mins . We took the car over and took some photos. On drop off you are told to take it to a car park and leave keys on front wheel . By the time we had reached home voyagerent had an estimate for damages ready., for damages under the car .They are total scammers. They do this scam often .

J'ai réservé une voiture sur le site ECONOMY BOOKING pour un séjour à Valencia en Espagne. Sans jamais le savoir, la location a été réalisée à Valence par VOYAGE RENT. Sur place, pas d'agence, juste une personne qui au bout de 2mn reçoit un appel urgent et doit partir, sans réaliser d'état des lieux, ni aucune consigne. La voiture de 183000km présentait de nombreux problèmes. J'ai immédiatement envoyé des photos au loueur, sans réponse. Pour le retour, un RDV était fixé a l'aéroport. Mais 2h avant le RDV, réception d'un message pour signaler que personne ne serait sur place, et que je devais laisser la voiture dans un parking.
Le lendemain, je reçois une facture de 2500€ de réparation pour les mêmes dégâts que je signalais au départ.
Je leur ai renvoyé a nouveau les photos prisent le 1er jour, ainsi que lors du retour, mais rien à faire... ils garderont le dépot de garantie de 1200€ !!!
Ce sont des VOLEURS, DES ESCROCS !! le but non dissimulé est de vous voler votre dépot de garantie !!!
Qu'ils brulent en enfer !!!

I do not recommend renting a car from Voyagerent. The car I rented already had many existing damages, and I was later charged for damages I did not cause. Even if you document all damages carefully, Voyagerent may still hold you responsible for other issues. Renting here can create serious problems for customers.

1 hour late arriving with the car. No accidents or incidents whilst I had the car. Returning the car no one to greet me. Text to ssy leave cat on car park. Did as I was adked. Next sending me a message car damaged. I texted back no incidents with the car & they are not being truthful. I asked to view the car & told that it had been hired out elsewhere so could not view the car. Now wants 5k for damages when there was none.

SCAMMERS !!!!
Do not book
They will steal your deposit!!!!
There will be no one there to do a report on existing Damage.
There will be no one there to check on return.
Everyone looses their €1200

I wish I had read the reviews before using this company (a Ukrainian one man band who is purely a thief & should, & I hope will, face criminal charges) He has stolen 1200 euros from me using the same disgusting method that he has used on others - basically making up damage (which 100% wasn’t done by me) & keeping the deposit. I will be dealing with this appropriately.

This is a SCAM company. You rent a car with all risk insurance. They then try to push additional insurances. At pickup, they provide you with a decent enough car, some minor scratches here and there that can be expected from a 2019 Citroen C3 Aircross that has driven over 115k kilometres. But the real kicker is when you return the car in the exact same conditions en they 'identify' these scratches as damage and provide you with an estimate of €4.150 to restore the car in its 'original' state. They then hold back your €1.200 deposit. AVOID AT ALL COST!

We can't say anything bad about this company. They offer good service and quick support for any questions. We were satisfied and would recommend them.

I will NEVER rent a car from them again. Never. They can't communicate properly. They don't give the information on time. They are kinda agressive for asking paiements. They push you a lot to take all their insurances. They tell you less than 24h in advance all you need to know about your rental. And they tell you less than 24h in advance that their will be no one to welcome you. You have to find the car by yourself AND you will have to pay for parking ?! What the hell is that for a company ?!

EDIT : They stole 750 euros from me with some fake damages under the car.

Avoid Voyage rent car company based in Aldaia Valencia operating in Spain, with 2 offices in Valencia region Aldalia and Torrevieja ! Fraudulent activity, scamming attitude, stay away from them. They are not only refusing to refund a deposit but gave us the bill of 3.300€ for the damages which they fabricated and blamed us. The worst experience ever. Avoid! Going to the end to proof their unlawful actions. Car wasn’t safe to drive! Ukrainian operating staff, not even 2 year on the Spanish market! Pressured heavily to take their extremely expensive insurance . The worst experience ever! AVOID

This company can improve by closing down.
We took the car back yesterday, we filmed the car on collection, highlighted all the marks and scuffs on the car.

Paid 1,200£ deposit.
Took the car back yesterday 12 December 2025, received first email saying thank you for returning car, hopefully see you again soon.
2 hours after that email, another email saying 3,300€ damage to the bodywork, even though we video completely all around the car, and no damage can be seen. So guess what, they are keeping the deposit.

I have insurance and will hopefully claim back my deposit, I am warning people, read the reviews this company are crooks, a young Ukrainian own the company hiding in Spain robbing people when he should be in Ukraine fighting, like the rest of the brave young men.

Нуль прозорості, нуль звітності — просто звичайні та дуже самовпевнені шахраї.

Я орендувала автомобіль у цій компанії через EconomyBookings.
Від покупки страховки у прокатної компанії напряму я відмовилася, тому що вже мала таке саме покриття від EconomyBookings, на що мені ще прочитали лекцію на тему, як важко у букінга буде потім забрати грошове відшкодування, тому краще беріть страхування у нас.
Також я відмовилася оплатити депозит наперед (за три дні до отримання авто) за посиланням де потрібно було вводити всі дані кредитної картки. У договорі оренди було написано чорним по білому «pre-authorization” Звернувшись до букінгу на гарячу лінію мені відповіли, що прокатна компанія запевнила, що оплата буде відбуватися на касі в аеропорту, і щоб я не турбувалася.
Після цього почалися «гойдалки».
Ніякої каси в аеропорту не існувало і коли ми отримували авто мене змусили оплатити депозит за посиланням в телефоні.

Після отримання авто через 9 км виявилося, що паливний бак був неповним, хоча у договорі зазначено “full tank”.
Після повернення автомобіля мені повідомили, що вони «знайшли пошкодження» вже після здачі, без мого підпису та без мого огляду.
Компанія наполягла залишити авто на парковці вокзалу в Аліканте без присутності свого співробітника, тому що «офіс знаходиться у Валенсії і присутність співробітника фізично неможлива» а згодом просто вислала кілька фото без номерного знаку якогось авто де навіть неможливо підтвердити, що це була саме моя машина, і від руки написана сума «ремонту» — 1300 € за дві мікроскопічні подряпини ЯКІ БУЛИ ЗРОБЛЕНІ НЕВІДОМО КИМ . Підкреслюю: я не отримала жодного рахунку-фактури, та жодного доказу того, що подряпини залишила саме я, є лише цифри за майбутній «ремонт».

Депозит у розмірі 1200 € вони утримали повністю, винна я їм за їх підрахунками 1300€.
Тобто, за їхньою “логікою”, я їм ще винна 100 € за ремонт та 100€ за невчасне повернення авто, але ніхто навіть не намагається стягнути з мене цей «борг» - бо це все була просто фікція та звичайна схема, щоб не повертати людині весь депозит 🙂

Коли я звернулася до іспанського Центру захисту прав споживачів, мені підтвердили, що подібні скарги на Voyage Rent надходять регулярно.

Моя думка: Компанія порушує умови власного договору, який формально відповідає законодавству Іспанії, але фактично жоден пункт не виконується. Це ж саме мені підтвердив менеджер Толік, котрий пропонував мені купити їх страхування і котрий привіз авто, зазначивши, що «ну а що ви хотіли за такі гроші? Зараз тяжкі часи і кожен виживає як може».
РАДЖУ СТО РАЗІВ ПОДУМАТИ!
Скаргу у відповідні інстанції було подано.

Ще раз:
- Ви порушили власний договір щодо депозиту ( “Deposit – maximum 30 working days; pre-authorization, а не STRIPE”) Це порушення умов, які ви самі встановили!
- Ви порушили процедуру повернення авто та огляду! Ви змусили залишити авто на вокзалі без previous огляду! Акт огляду було складено в односторонньому порядку без моєї присутності та підпису, тому він не має юридичної сили!
- Ви порушили вимоги щодо документального підтвердження утримання депозиту. Замість офіційного рахунку-фактури чи документа з майстерні ви надали фотографії без номерного знака та суму “ремонту”, написану від руки, котра взагалі неадекватна за ті подряпини, котрі зображені на тих невідомих фото! Це не відповідає умовам договору і мінімальним юридичним стандартам))
- Ваші дії повністю збігаються з десятками аналогічних скарг у Google Reviews та Trustpilot!
- Ви так і не пояснили, чому авто було видано з неповним баком, хоча у вашому договорі написано “full tank”.
