Charger stopped working after first charge.

I have the Voweek Electric Spin Scrubber, which I've had for a few years. I love the way it works, but I need a new power cord. The manual provides an email address for questions and concerns, which I tried to use, but the page remains blank. So I now have a great tool that I love, but can't use because I can't get the power cord I need and it is different from any power cord I have ever seen. I would caution anyone about doing business with this company.

The vacuum cleaner constantly stops at the highest speed. Even at the highest sppeed it doesn't suck well. For carpets, it's almost impossible to use it. Things easily get stuck and you constantly have to change the cleaning filter as it doesn't last long, just like the battery that needs to be charged very often. Please don't spend money on this device; it's rather frustrating because it's a nice lightweight one, but it doesn't work.

I purchased this vacuum a month ago. I used it several times and the charger stopped working. I sent them a message stating this and they have been playing games regarding the battery and wanting me to take pictures of it charging. I have sent them many pictures and they keep coming back asking for more info. I would not recommend this product or customer support!!!

Poor customer service

I was sent a pet grooming kit and ordered a scrubbing brush. I have sent an email with no response. I will give it a couple days to get a resolution, if not, I will call the credit card company

I received my vacuum and put it together after letting it charge I still can’t get the vacuum to do any

The stick vac worked fine for a year. Suddenly the motor started making a very high-pitched noise and lost most of its suction. Several emails later, all I receive is an automated reply that my warranty has been extended.

I have a warranty issue and there is no phone number to call and they don't respond to my emails.

Cordless vaccum floor brush stopped working after 8 months, and I cannot get anyone from customer support to respond other than your warranty has been extended, what a joke, will never buy a Voweek product again!

My charger stopped working on the electric cordless spinner. I wrote to "support". They sent an email that said, "Your warranty is extended". According to returns policy, each item has to be returned and approved to get a refund. I wrote to their only "support" access (no phone number) and asked if they would reimburse me for the shipping of this non-working electric spin brush. Six times they respond with "Your warranty is extended." There is no other means of contacting them. I don't think I should have to pay to ship their non-functioning product back to them.

The charger is defective and I’m trying to get replacement.

I love THIS so much and it has made my life a little easier. I love tools that function well. This certainly does.

The product works as advertised. The SUPPORT needs to be much better trained. I lost my manual and the electric adapter. There was no model number on the product. I called VOWEEK. They had no clue how to find the model number in order to order the right part. The model # was on the product. After much searching, I found that the manufacture has the manual, serial number, picture of every product and a way of ordering the lost part directly. THE AGENTS DID NOT KNOW THIS. I told them several times their own company has every manual and a means of ordering the correct part. They kept referring to "their store" being on the company where they sell the majority of their products. . I asked if they would refund me for the cost of the adapter for my troubles. They agreed to do this. I had to write two more times and ask how they would reimburse me. They told me they had reimbursed me on the international companies
. I told them once again that I did not BUY the adapter on AMAZON. I bought it on VOWEEK. I asked a second time how I would be reimbursed. They told me on my Amazon account. I have over 25 emails with VOWEEK from May 4 to June 12. I was reimbursed for the amount I paid to VOWEEK for the adapter. I am satisfied. The 25 emails over 4 weeks could have been done in 5 minutes had they known that their company provides a webpage with all manuals and a means of ordering directly. They never once acknowledged that I told them VOWEEK has its own store on the same webpage their "Support" is on.

I bought this as an inexpensive extra vacuum to clean up cat litter. The price was so low that I really didn’t expect much but I have been pleasantly surprised by how well it cleans. I really like it. It won’t replace the Dyson or the Shark but it’s a nice little vacuum.
