Vova Arvostelua 

Vova is a scam, dont bother with it, they’ve reported all my previous comment on how negative they are.
they wont deliver you your items at all or within time given. dont waste your money and time on vova

Vova svarer ikke , og du kan ikke kontakte dem når en varer ikke ankommer .

I ordered 4 items from vova, only received 1. Then wrote a review on Trustpilot. They took notice of me and I received 2 more items. But I am yet to receive the last order.

Vova, I did pay for all my items. And only sending 3 out of 4 it is simply not good enough or even doing anyone a favour. Withholding a purchase from the consumer is a breech of contract. You have not refunded me or sent it to me.

I would very much like to have my purchase but if you continue to withholding it from me, then it means you have stolen my money and kept my goods.

That's not a good reputation to have.

I parted with my funds in good faith that I will get my items (all of them). Not writing this review.

I hope you will do the needful thing not only to me but all your consumers.

Still refusing to issue a refund.
I really can't get my head round this, it says send a description of the problem also a picture but the picture is not supported as evidence ?
Again WTAF can I do ?
Just don't buy from this waste of time and money site

Items do take forever to arrive however I’ve had some great things from vova. I am still waiting for a few pairs of sunglasses and headphones which were ordered 3 months ago. Sizing is very small with many of their clothing items so if you’re size 12 or over I’d always go for the xl. Overall I’d say have a small budget that you’re happy to spend on this site and then see how you get on. Don’t get carried away just in case stuff doesn’t arrive or doesn’t fit. It is a very fun website and when you do get something nice and well made its great. Always read the customer reviews on the items you want to buy especially the ones with photos.

Rien de plus simple que de résoudre un litige avec vova étant donné qu'ils ont un service 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. Il suffit simplement de vous rendre sur le logo affiché assistance et la grande surprise on vous oriente sur une adresse mail.
Après avoir envoyé plus d'une vingtaine d'e-mail, sans aucun retour bien sûr je ne sais plus vers qui me retourner pour le remboursement de ma facture de 93 €
si vous avez une petite idée merci de me tenir informée...
N'achetez pas vova, vova caca 😂😂

Acquisto da più di un anno sul sito e da 10 giorni mi hanno bloccato..non riesco più ad acquistare.ho mandato foto del documento e della carta e mi han risposto che non posso più acquistare sul sito senza sapere il perchè

I do not recommend -this is not my first order i have made using vova so i knew it takes quite a long time. i tried vovaespress as it stated i was gonna recieve my parcel in 15 days. However, i still havent recieved my parcel and its been 22 days

I orderd 2 items weeks ago.upon tracking my orders it says they are at destination post office that was on 25,5,2020.I tracked them again on 10,6,2020and they are still there.I called at local sorting office an all post offices in my town they all had nothing.what I would like to know is what and we're is destination post office

Three times I have ordered from this company . Three times have not received my orders. Customer service department are not very helpfull . Would not recommend it be using this site again .

I love ittttt! Some of the things I ordered came really quickly and no complaints so far!! And only order things that have reviews on the app or check out YouTube 🤗

Avoid this scam company!!!!! They take your money. Send out goods wrong size that were ordered and refuse refund. Will not make contact at all. Partner spent 200 and sent jackets thru that didn’t fit. Not the shirts. Other stuff not arrived Sent many emails. No contact. Will involve trading standards. Do not Do not. Buy from this company. If u do u will be deceived !!!!!!!!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews for Vova. I have been using them for online shopping for several months now and I think they are great. People must understand that when they are paying a very small price for an item that it is a reproduction. Yes, it takes some time to get the goods delivered from China so some patience is required. I have also had a refund paid to me within the specified time. I will continue to use them.

Avevo comprato quattro paia di scarpe e ho ricevuto un paio di scarpe rotte usate con un mucchio di plastica dura attorno ho chiesto il rimborso e niente fanno finta di nulla.
Un altro articolo pagato ben 49 euro non è arrivato e non vogliono rimborsare. Io ci sto perdendo un sacco di soldi su questo sito, non fate lo stesso errore

Don't order from this company...sent me trainers far too small and they arrived in a plastic bag with one of the backs of them all creased and looked damaged...then expected me to return £20 trainers back to China! Then said they would refund me if I prove to them I destroy them! Sent them a picture of them on the bin as I threw them out with the trash...they refused to refund me and said this wasn't good enough and expected me to go down the bin and cut them up and send another picture, then kept arguing via email refusing to refund me, also another item ordered I never received!...CHEATS!...Avoid like the plague!

J' ai découvert VOVA , il y a quelques mois , ayant fait plusieurs commandes , je suis très satisfaite des articles
reçus , certes la livraison un peu longue mais juste dans leurs délais et quel émerveillement !!! quand on reçois
les paquets TRES TRES BIEN EMBALLE , pas de casse pour les parfums , ça vaut le coup d' être patient , de
plus , on ne paye pas de port, c' est un gros avantage , ce n' est que du net pour les produits reçus par apport à
une autre entreprise qui met 30 euros de port pour une commande de 50 euros............
Je suis très contente de plusieurs parfums de marques reçus , les bijoux , bagues , colliers , qui sont du plus bel
effet , magnifiques , nous embellissant ........ Bref , je conseille et recommande cette entreprise qui met toute son énergie pour nous satisfaire et assuré le suivi de la commande.......... MERCI VOVA
