Usually find a a good voucher off when I access the site.

I received an email from this company advertising a 'reward' for a ferry operator. I activated the offer and used the link in the confirmation email to book a ferry crossing. A week went by and no sign of the 'reward'. I emailed the company and after furnishing it with the relevant email screenshots, I was advised that I had not adhered to its terms and conditions and they pasted 19, yes 19 bullet points that I was supposed to be aware of prior to making the booking, not a single one of which was advised in the original offer. I suppose the moral of the story is to read the small print, but perhaps the real moral of the story should be that companies like this should be honest and upfront with their customers and not hide behind the small print after the event.

Update.
The reply from Vouchercloud is not correct. The email I received in order to make the booking did not contain the information stated. I sent Vouchercloud a copy of this email and they replied referring to their terms and conditions. So to be fair my complaint stands.

Vouchercloud have decided to honour the reward and I am grateful for them doing so. The company still request customers to consult its terms and conditions before proceeding with a purchase. I have emailed Vouchercloud a copy of an email from similar company that contains all the requirements to activate a reward. I think this is the way to go. Offer customers a clear route through to a reward rather than expecting them to dig through the terms and conditions. Then, everyone is a winner and companies will not have to spend so many resources on customer relations.

When VoucherCloud first launched it was amazing! Sadly, no more.

VoucherCloud has failed to introduce a robust tracking system, meaning the majority of purchases do NOT track, so they don't pay out. Online reviews confirm a much higher failure rate compared to other cashback and reward platforms. My suspicion, and that of many others, is that VoucherCloud keeps the cashback from the merchant without passing it onto customers. Essentially, fraud.

The Customer Support department refuse to help. Whoever manages this division of the company has clearly no moral compass.

And when the Customer Support form on their own website doesn't even work, you know this is a company to avoid!

AVOID! Many better cashback and reward platforms are available.

Lucky I checked emails had a great deal on airport parking

Love using this Vouchercloud for rewards on larger online shopping orders. Rewards take a few months to come through but not had any issues.

Terrible so far. I did the offer for buying home insurance through moneysupermarket for a £60 gift card. I use topcashback a lot so I know to always accept cookies and so on when doing cashback offers. So I made sure I did the same. I accepted cookies. I didn’t leave the page. I did the whole process in one go. Unfortunately nothing tracked. I have got in touch with their support but so far the answer doesn’t look good for me. I have provided purchase confirmation and waiting on a reply. The only reason I don’t think it tracks is because when you select the insurance provider on moneysupermarket, it takes you to the provider’s page to make payment. If this is the problem then vouchercloud need to look into how to make sure no one misses out on these offers because of that. As I said before I use topcashback a lot. If I just went through them again I would have received £40 cashback. So if the outcome from vouchercloud isn’t good. I lose out for using them and not topcashback. I would advise others to not use vouchercloud. This is more hassle now trying to prove purchase and whatever other information they might want.

Signed up for an AA offer that offered a £50 gift voucher. Activity stream showed it but not verified and after a few weeks they emailed me to say their are still waiting for the retailer. Now 2 months and 10 days later it became verified and payable! And I also got an email from them saying ready to claim. Claimed it and it worked. Worth commenting that this business is not the same as vouchercodes so should not be confused with them.

Followed all the requirements and was told it didn't track and it was basically my fault, ad blockers, VPN web browser etc. any excuse not to honour the gift card.
DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR CASH BACK
