Really2x good product. I used it everytime I clean my car. Also, the customer service is so fast and reliable. So so impressed!

Ordered on Dec 1 and as of the 21st still hadnt received the package with no tracking info available. I contacted Vortex Haus via email and Diane with customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get me my product. I now have tracking info and it’s on its way! Only downside is my dad had nothing to open on Christmas which was a real bummer.

I'm loving my Vortex Haus Turbo Jet DB. I ordered the model with the DeWalt battery system to compliment my other DeWalt tools. The Turbo Jet is lightweight but it definitely packs a punch. It has a powerful output with a variable speed trigger. I have a strong gas powered leaf blower, but I typically grab the Turbo Jet instead due to its power, portability, and lower noise. I am also able to clean in tighter spaces like my pool pump house with the Turbo Jet. It uses batteries relatively quickly so depending on the job, you may need additional batteries.

Lots of copies around but ordered from the original genuine website, very powerful blower, very light on the hands, multiple uses - cleaning work tools, contactless car drying, makes these tasks so much easier.

I had questions about the battery pack and charging of battery that were promptly answered on Christmas Dsy . If the blower is as good as the customer service ; it will be a great gift !!

Had a few questions on the product mailed questions on Christmas eve and received responses within a few hours.

It caught fire on first use out of the box today.

At first it was a one star for catching on fire with correct battery in it(before you ask). When the company saw my review they reached out. I have revised my review to amend for amazing customer service they replaced broken one, including a new Dewalt battery and charger and gave me a full refund for both machines I bought. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. This is so rare nowadays with a world filled with scams and deception. I only left it at 4 stars because they responded to negative review not my emails. But I thank them for standing behind their product and making it right.

Diane, my csr, kept me updated as best she could with the shipping delays around the holidays. In fact, she proactively checked for me. I am so glad I went w Vortex haus as opposed to an Amazon knockoff.

Vortex Hause provided an exceptional experience. Despite encountering shipping challenges, which were not attributable to them, their proactive communication regarding updates was exemplary. I had ordered two blowers as Christmas gifts, and while shipping during the holiday season can often be problematic, the items arrived precisely when needed. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

Ordered 2 units almost 2 months ago. Confiscated by postal service like many others. Agreed to send me 3 for the same price. I have received NOTHING. These were ordered for Christmas gifts. Biggest scam on the internet! Hopefully I can get my money back from the credit card company.

Vortex Haus has truly gone above and beyond to complete my order, had a small issue in the beginning and they were diligent on making sure my item arived on time. (before christmas) There customer service is one of the best I have ever worked with, Marielle is a true example of how customer service is done right.
The Turbo Jet Double-Blow v12 blower is awesome works better then expected, I purchased it to blow off cars when needed, but with the air power this unit throws it works great cleaning the yard also. I am extremely satisfied with the over all experance with Vortex Haus and would highly recomend this product.

There was a hiccup with the shipping of the blower I ordered. The communication from Diane regarding the misstep was outstanding, and my blower arrived just a few days behind schedule in great condition. Diane turned a negative into a positive, and I have no qualms about buying from them again, or even recommending them to another potential buyer.
