Very good product, even better support
I let a sweatshirt drawstring get sucked into my brand new unit which shattered many of the fan blades. I reached out to support and Diane was fantastic and is shipping me a replacement fan blade and responded within minutes on multiple back and forth emails. Enjoying the product but the support is even better which I find can be very hit and miss these days with many retailers.

Missing package
At first I didn’t receive the package even tho the delivery company said it was delivered. After further investigation my package was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company.i reached out to vortex customer service and Diane was very responsive and quick to help- I. I ordered 3 items and originally only recieved 2 so i thought there had been a mistake. I contacted customer service and they explained the missing battery is always shipped separately. Sire enough the very next day the battery arrived. Thier response time was very fast, helpful and courteous.

Solid performance and thoughtful design
I’ve been using the Vortex Haus blower in my workshop, and I’ve been really impressed with the performance so far. It’s powerful, easy to control, and genuinely useful for a wide range of shop cleanup tasks, especially sawdust and fine debris.

Juice not worth the squeeze
Fair warning, this blower costs $200 bucks and it does not come with a battery or a charger. Simply a piece of plastic. It's decently strong, but you will be spending $350 bucks by the time you buy a battery and charger. Also, to make things harder - they don't stock any chargers, so you have to go out and find that on your own. It works for about 15 minutes on one battery, so having a second battery is handy - now you are at like $450 bucks total. Its not worth it. They
