Great company to deal with! Trevor is very in depth with any questions asked, and they have a great after sales customer support service. Car i bought runs great, had some agreed work done before I collected. An honest, reliable company. I would definitely recommend 100%

TERRIBLE!!!
I bought a car, noticed some issues when I went to view it but Steve assured me that it would be resolved before delivery. Nothing was resolved on delivery. Several calls was made but I was directed to the warranty company (Blackstar Warranty). Blackstar is absolutely terrible or even worse, they sent me to their trusted garage who did a diagnostic on the car but refused to take responsibility, sending me back to Vortex car for a second opinion. After several calls and emails, with false claims by staff of Blackstar warranty, they decided they were only going to pay £192 out of £1260. It has been the most stressful one month of my life, visited several garages since the first day of receiving the car. I wish I never bought a car in the first place!
I have been contacted by Vortex car and we are in the process of return, I will come back to update as soon as everything is sorted.

You were aware of the issue before the car was delivered to me. I made several calls to your office both sales and warranty line but you kept telling me there was nothing you can do, referred me back to your third party warranty company(disastrous). Your business manager only called me when I came on Trustpilot to write a review. You didn’t act promptly, fairly or over and beyond at all because you refused to accept the car and forced the Broker to auction the car. The broker has accepted to count their loss, refund me and the lender while you get to keep the fund from selling a faulty car.
Then you come on line to lie that you have accepted the car. Disappointing!!!

From initial conversation through to the pick up of the car, the process was really well organised and easy. We appreciated the after sales call to ensure everything was ok, which I've never had previously, even when dealing with bigger dealerships!

it was fast and John at the reception was very helpful and made me understand everything on the day if collecting the car he had everything raedy it was fast and he was lovely

I purchased a car from Vortex Cars Stockport and they team couldn't of been more helpful if they tried. As it happened the car I purchased developed a fault that on one could have predicted, the team kindly asked if i would return my car and they would do everything to correct the starting fault. I couldn't of asked for any more from them the team at Vortex tried everything to correct this. After weeks of trying the fault could not be remedied so they took the car back with no obligations. I was completely looked after with a full refund, this was customer service at its best. I would highly recommend anyone to use Vortex Cars there service is exceptional, they set the highest standards for car dealers.

Everyone at Stockport easy to talk to and really helpful, particularly Trevor. Made my decision to purchase easy without being pushy. A good selection of cars to choose from.

I bought a Ford Kuga from this dealership in early march 25 my experience from start to finish was excellent !! Steve the sales man was extremely helpful, I had a small fault with the car and I contacted Steve straight away. He told me to take it to my local garage and have it fixed and that vortex would pay the bill .
The car was immaculate and I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use them again .

I do not even know how you remain able to sell cars. You are dangerous and you do not even care. You sold me a car that has been poisoning my family with exhaust fumes for 6 months and your response is, you brought extended warranty so use it. I am absolutely shocked that you get away with this. I've now seen several reviews very similar to my experience and I just wish I had read them first. If the warranty pays for my car it's going to be thousands, if it doesn't then the car is going to end up being unusable and leave me with thousands of pounds of finance left to pay. I hope you sleep at night, your just lucky that you don't have a more serious case on your hands because if those fumes had done amy damage to my children I don't know what I would do.
Please read this review people and listen to it, they will be fantastic while selling the car but if you have any issues they are nowhere to be found.
I honestly do not think they even check the part exchanged cars that they take in and just pretend they have had a full service. They are cowboys and if you have family that you are putting in your car, please go somewhere else.

What a perfect service. I cannot fault this dealer, they were professional and made me feel like a valued customer. From first contact to collecting the vehicle I was made confident in their service. I went to pick the car up and it was in clean condition and as expected. The paperwork process was easy and I was in the car and away very quickly. And the coffee was good lol. I have to recommend these guys.
