Had a great experience at Volatus drones today! The service was excellent, and the gentleman who attended us was super helpful and friendly. Really appreciate the great customer service—will definitely be coming back!

I first made contact for the required item I would require followed by an email listing the part number required with the link to the site supplied. laced order and within only an hour the item was shipped

Nous avons tenté de vous joindre à plusieurs reprises aujourd'hui, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu entrer en contact. Je tiens à clarifier les frais de livraison de 25 $ en réponse à votre préoccupation. Lors de la commande, vous avez sélectionné l'option de ramassage en bordure de rue gratuite à notre emplacement de Toronto. Cependant, nous avons constaté que vous avez demandé une livraison à votre adresse au Québec, ce qui entraîne des frais de livraison standard.

We made several attempts to reach you on Jan 14, 2025 but unfortunately couldn't connect. I’d like to clarify the $25 shipping fee in response to your concern. When you placed your order, you chose the free curbside pickup option at our Toronto location. However, we noted that you requested delivery to your address in Quebec, which is subject to the standard shipping fee.

I found this store on Google map.

When I got to this store, I was surprised how well the seller explained everything. He was very kind and open. We had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer all our questions, explain everything, tell us everything. I am very happy with the seller and the purchase of the drone in general.
