Vizomax Arvostelua 7

Viziomax.vip is a scam. I tried withdrawing on a Saturday but it keeps telling me to upgrade before withdrawal. I will try on week days and give you guys a review.

Now I can not give 5 stars! Viziomax.vip is not as promised any more!!!! They change the withdraw policy! Saturday and Sunday can not withdraw any more!!! We will see if Monday we can withdraw again! If not, that's mean is scam!

Bought a TV screen protector from this company in May. Was informed that the product would not be in stock until July, but decided to wait. No sign of the item in July, or early August at which point I started to try to contact them to get an update by email, as they don't provide a contact phone number). After two failed attempts to get a response from them I decided to start a refund claim through paypal. They made three further unsuccessful attempts to get any sort of response from Vizomax on my behalf, before finally providing a refund. If it weren't for the fact that their website is still up and running, I'd assume the company had gone bust!

3. Immediate despatched advertised.
4. Despatched 13/01 (8 days after order)
5. Excuses made, new date set for despatch, the date came and went, not sent... had to chase multiple times to get what I paid for. Stalling tactics, false promises.
6. Good quality product.

Knocked a star off for false advertising. Knocked another star off for stalling tactics and false promises on email. Kept the other 3 for the good product.

I received the item within the period stated on the site (UK). It was in excellent condition and was really simple to fit onto the TV.

I received great customer service as the item I had order was out of stock and after some emails I was substituted with an alternative and refunded the difference. My only criticism is that the item was still shown as in stock when they contacted me and so the website could use some updating regarding stock etc.

I'm only putting 1 because there is no 0!
They took money from me, for a product that they don't even sell, no word to say it wasn't coming, and I spent the next SEVERAL MONTHS trying to get my money back, but to no avail.
PayPal were useless, and in the end, I gave up.
Wish I'd read the reviews first!

Disgusted with this company. Please don't give them any money.

Disgusting company. After cancelling the order for a full refund I was advised that I would receive tge full refund by Vizomax. Waited almost 6 weeks for the refund BUT oh no the product was dispatched.

Asked Vizomax to take the product back as the cancellation was made well before order dispatch almost 5 weeks. Suprise suprise I get a refund after chasing for two months and knocked off £40 for "delivery fees!!" WHEN CLEARLY THEY HAD STATED A FULL REFUND WOULD BE MADE. Contacted Trading Standards and Paypal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I was lucky that Paypal was the payment as I have been protected!!
